If zero stars were possible, believe me that's what I'd give.We placed our order and spent over 60$, paid at the window and as always we didn't need a receipt it's a waste of paper and I have enough trash in my car. Get to the next window and they demand my receipt, at first I looked before realizing I didn't even get one. The lady at the window has nothing but attitude, I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking someone must have been messing up orders or stealing other customers food for them to be asking for a receipt which I could 100% understand. I was fine with the wait as it was busy. But what I'm not fine with was after giving us a hard time, and a attitude even after we were able to confirm everything on our order, they messed up my order entirely AND forgot half my order!?

Well I would share my experience but your workers are so lazy that they lock the door at 8:00 at a 24-hour McDonald's and your drive-thru is as slow as molasses. I never go there even when you are open so I rate you a zero but you get one cuz there is no zero on this

I wanted to complain about cashier not taking my orders directly to store. I should not have to download app to do that. The unsatisfactory response from the server taking the details and specifics of my order was unsatisfactory. DUE TO THE UNSATISFACTORY NEGATIVE RESPONSE I am leaving complaint here. Please and thank you encourage positive customer service and proper up charge etiquette. Rather than to reject business because of request.I have ordered my order across the country some charge, some don't. no one has ever out right said NO

Management is horrible. Accuses customers of asking for free food. When clearly I have my receipt. The food is always old. I’ve been coming here for 25 years fries and hash browns are never fresh. Says they’re open 24 hours but yet theres a line of cars wrapped around the building at 6 am. Let me guess change over? That’s why you’re supposed to plan ahead. Worst McDonald’s in NJ
This McDonalds is definitely in line with some of the worst Ive been to. Online order was sitting behind the counter and upon walking in took almost 10 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge my order, even while trying to flag people down it was like they were all ignoring me. I was borderline screaming "Hello is there anyone that can help me."

Like how does that even happen?!? Also, they put their ice cream machine on clean mode a little to early sometimes...

Food is usually served semi hot and rarely does it come as order..ask for no pickles expect extra pickles, and a luke warm burger! Coffee is either burn you face off hot or tepid and never is it actually vanilla or light and sweet! The employees will act like your crazy and they are annoyed you dared to even make them work at they place of work, lastly the inside at first glance looks clean but it most definitely is not!
