I come to this location 5 days a week twice daily. The younger kids that work there have zero personality and are not very friendly, especially the 2 young girls on Tuesday nights. It seems like their cellphones are a top priority.However, I will leave this review on a positive note- SHELLY and her mom BETH who work nights are absolutely wonderful and amazing. I cannot express enough how truly nice and lovely these two women are. They have the absolute best customer service skills. They make you feel important and not just another customer coming through their drive thru. They are a HUGE asset to this Dunkin team. The manager and/or owner should be extremely grateful to have them. Perhaps some other team members should take notes on how people should be treated.I will honestly tell you, if these 2 ladies ever leave this location I will drive the extra mile to the Bayville Dunkin.

Worst day of my life on there take the wrong item service really bad and the manager I have no words for it, they throw you the food to the Counter first one I order, I asked for a glazed they give me a chocolate frosting with sprinkle I asked for a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese to give me a bagel with butter I guess it asked for a toasted bagel. The bagel wasn’t even Toasted.

I come to this location because it's the closest, and most convenient Dunkin' to my house, but they're ALWAYS out of flavors for the coffees!! Why are you NOT ordering MORE if you're ALWAYS out of stuff?? Don't tell me it's a warehouse issue and they're not producing enough product. Someone is not on top of ordering at this specific location because this is the only Dunkin' that is ALWAYS out of products.

I’ve ordered there many times and have had issues with the order being incorrect and have even ordered there through the app and went to pick up and the location was closed on two separate occasions. Just very poor customer service.

went there at 11:43. I ordered a med ice coffee an Lg hot coffee. wake up wrap an sausage egg an cheese on bagel. all the other Dunkin say get a breakfast sandwich with lg coffee which my husband did for 3 dollars. I use my app an on Mon you get a free med coffee iced or hot. It took off the med coffee . but didn't get the sandwich for $3. When I went told the girl. she said let me get my manager! she come over I explained what had happened. She said well you got a free coffee!! I said yes but the sandwich should be $3. The other stores do it. she got really really nasty an said Well then maybe you should have them come an show me!!! I walked out an said you don't have to be so nasty. I'll never go there again. It was the pine beach location!!!

this dunkin is the best dunkin you can go to in a 100 mile radius. the employees working are always so nice and helpful and my drinks are always bomb. if you're gonna spend your money at a dunkin, make sure you make it this one.

The girl whom was working at 1:50 pm on Tuesday afternoon 8/15 was the most unprofessional, NASTY , arrogant employee I have ever experienced at any establishment!! Omg!! I have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for a long time. I have never seen this girl and I really do hope that the owner sees this review and fires her because she should not buy any means be working with the public !! How in Gods creation does this human have a job! I am beyond shocked! Zero class , zero etiquette! Learn kindness!! and how to treat your customers!!! Aside from that this DND has a serious issue with their lids. It’s bad enough they hand you your coffee, dripping all over the sides of your cup ...well you might as well bring a roll of paper towels through the drive-through, because 9 out of 10 times your coffee is going to spill all over you when you take a sip!! Pathetic truly!

I was the only car in the drive-thru and somehow they still managed to give me a coffee that is completely different from the one I ordered about 30 seconds prior, when you try to call for a refund they just don't answer the phone and the app doesn't work to try and contact people through that.

I live much closer to another dunkin but I prefer to go to this location because of their extremely fast service and friendly staff. I go to the drive thru every Monday-Friday & my food and coffee come out perfect every time. Kudos to the pine beach staff!
