Haven't been there for many, many years. Looks dif now, maybe new owner?Figured I'd try two dinners ... eggplant parm and vodka ravioli. Eggplant was meticulously stacked with perfect layers. I guess that's the catering influence. Eggplant is one of my favorite italian dishes and this hit the spot!Ravioli will be tasted tonight. Hope its just as good.I'll be back to try a few more soon.

Staff was great . Food is very good. Tall guy named perry/owner I believe should not be waiting on customers. Very rude and not very helpful. I might not go back because of him . I was new to the area and something I liked on the previous visit and wanted it again but the owner was not helpful at all .. thumbs down on customer service ???

Owners are miserable... waited 15min for a Turkey sub that they messed up. Place is going down hill! Oh and they advertise that they use boars head but it's NOT boars head. Very disappointed...

Decent food for a quick bite. But that man in there is so terrible to customers. Rolls his eyes when I come in, yells at me for asking questions. If you go there ask to speak to the lady because that man is the opposite of good customer service.
Great food with a bad attitude. The owner makes me uncomfortable when ordering, but they make good sandwiches so we tolerate it.

11$ for a tiny sandwich not worth it there's definitely better options around beside that they got my sandwich wrong then realized the second time they missed things I asked for terrible deli didn't even apologize

Bland and tasteless meatballs for $2.85 each. I saved the tomato sauce for another dish, but the meatballs were just plain and boring.

Glad to see other reviews note the person who works there is a bit rude. He makes me feel bad about calling to order (and giving them my business). Not friendly on the phone or in person. Aside from the lack of friendliness, I have eaten here twice and truly like the food and found it to be super fresh and really delicious. The mozz is fresh, they cook the chicken fresh to order (some delis do not do that) and the roasted peppers are nice and garlic-y. This should easily be an easy 4 or 5 star review, however not my interactions with the staff/owner make me feel uncomfortable.
