I been coming to this applebees for YEARS. I can say that as time passed by this place has lost its value. The customer service sucks, you’re never greeted. It takes 10 minutes to have someone finally acknowledge you… On march 22nd I came in to buy Chicken & broccoli alfredo for my little sister & she got FOOD POISONING. Not only have I been calling you guys for a DAYS no one picks up the phone. I finally went in & again no one says Hi . One girl is at the station makes eye contact with me but proceeds with her job. At this point I’m already annoyed & say can I speak to the manager.I explained the situation to him. This man had little to no SYMPATHY couldn’t even fake it even if his life depended on it … my little sister is 11 by the way lol … Kenny sucks & needs to be fired it shows the kind of example he sets for his team too . I know they probably giggled and talked bad as soon as i walked out but that’s fine they really need to work on their staff it’s upsetting

I asked for a medium rare hamburger, and it came well done, and it was dry. My wifes was done right. The kids' meals were mozzarella Stix came out cold, and the corn dog was not

I came here and the server had no notepad and had forgotten our order. She had forgotten 2 of our drinks and the wait time was 30+ minutes. The bathroom stunk!!! So did the restaurant.

Stopped in for a quick bite with the wife. She had the chicken tenders with fries and I had the bacon cheese burger with fries. We also had the spinach dip artichoke. The spinach dip was good as always, the chicken tenders were pretty good too but the burger was awful. Very dryer, no flavor and the ends tasted very burnt. After two bites I trashed it. Definitely wouldn’t order that again. Our waitress was very welcoming.
