“I always use the drive-thru. The workers are super-efficient & get the order right 99% of the time. However, their donuts are not always fresh. That's a problem when you're looking forward to a nice little treat-which is why I did not give them a higher rating in the "food" area. I would still recommend this place because they have quality drinks & swift, courteous service.“
“My go to place for my daily coffee and refreshments. Yes, it gets busy depending on the time of the day, that’s why having an app is a great help, as you can order ahead of time. Staff are generally customer friendly, but have the habit of talking with their own language when conversing with each other - I personally have no problem with that, especially if it’s done to give a clear instruction to a coworker, but I understand how some customers find that rude or annoying. The mgr Grace is awesome.“
“I just must say that every morning that I have time to get McDonald’s, I’m greeted by Ms. Luz. She is amazing. I can be having the worst morning and she serves every time with a smile, compliments, and the food is always right. I really appreciate her.“
“I usually find it a pain to go to Starbucks but this location is exceptional. The parking isn't bad at all... if you have a Rutgers hangtag there are a few lots nearby and Livingston Plaza has many guest parking spaces. The staff is very friendly here and there have been times that the manager has helped the baristas to make the line move faster, which is a lot more than I can say for other locations. If you're on campus and want a coffee, tea, or other treat then this is a great place to stop.“
“I’ve been here since Fall 2017 and I must say this Dunkin’ is WAY better than that horrible one in Douglass Student Center. I’ve known the same employees for many years and they’re always super friendly. Just wish the lines weren’t so long sometimes LOL“
“My son and I visited this Dunkin today to get coffee and a donut. The employees were swamped with a long line, but they took the time to double check our order with amazing positive energy. They were especially kind to my son and made his day with a donut. It sounds silly but it really had an impression! Whatever the workers here are earning, they deserve more ?“
“Happy Valentine's Day my fellow Adventurers! Stopped by this place between classes for my caffeine fix. So happy I did since coffee is coffee and Starbucks usually has a solid brew. The place is nicely set up with ample seating & parking unlike the one near me in Woodbridge, route 1 North. I HATE going to that location because of parking and just the overall atmosphere. I always find that patrons who go to this location are snobby and entitled. The Piscataway one is definitely better but obviously out of my way considering. Though to note that I usually get a Green Tea Chai Latte and no one seems to know how to make it anymore. I was ordering this for years and everyone knew exactly how and what it was, but unfortunately it's no longer the case. I did learn though that it's 2-3 pumps of chai and not just the one to actually taste it. Oh well! Great spot for my caffeine fix & breather from being on campus.“
“I love Dunkin' Donuts believe it or not from experience to working with them from just getting the sesame bagel with veggie cream cheese toasted of course or toasted sesame with butter. The people that work there are pretty nice the atmosphere is pretty quiet they do hustle and bustle so they don't just ignore the guests that come in pretty friendly nothing negative to say about this Dunkin' Donuts compared to the one on Smith Street in Perth Amboy!! They never seem to get your order right in that one. Unfortunately that's a true statement.“
