The best service and food quality is any day but Sunday morning. Not that it's really bad on Sunday, but they're so busy that service is a bit slower, and the pancakes aren't as hot. But again, they're completely full, and the servers are working very hard, but they're just packed, so you have to be patient.

We love IHOP protein pancakes! Especially the Blueberry Lemon Ricotta... Lovely sweet treat with whole grains and loaded with protein! We have found the servers to be friendly and efficient in all three of the IHOPs we have been in (Scotch Plains, Piscataway and Hillsboro). I also really love their app, you collect pan coins every time you visit and get free meals! Love it!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. TOOK US 45 MINUTES JUST TO GET WATER FOR OUR TABLE. ANOTHER 15 minutes to get straws. Multiple dirty looks by that oversized female waiter. Whoever the manager is needs to get fired. Food was okay but came out cold. On top of that had the audacity to ask for 18% gratuity. Shame to the manager and this location

It took staff about 20 minutes to notice us sitting in the waiting room followed by a whole hour wait sitting at our table never not being asked would you like any water? Can I help you nothing so after about an hour and 15 minutes my party of seven starts to get irritated as the waitress, and a server with the Earpiece in his head Give us blank stairs and they stare at us for more than seven times while we call them out and tell them to come so that we may start ordering our food as we got there at 12:10 By the time we were able to order it was 115 And our food came at 1:45. Don’t even get me started on the food the eggs tasted cold. Everyone from my party complained overall a horrible experience a horrible restaurant and the staff are horrible. Do not go there.

We had omelettes, they were good but place was very crowded so very noise at 12 noon. I have been here before when it was not crowded. They have good senior meals with discounts. I will return at an off hour.Parking: the place was crowded so there were no parking space available so we parked in bank parking lot next door on a Sunday.

If there was a half star option I would choose it. This IHOP has the worst overnight service. I would like to focus on the two staff that work there. I was unattended too the whole meal, and furthermore my food came out cold, soggy, and just overall nasty…… never coming back here for late night grub….. be sure to check your food thoroughly before you eat it at this location.

Waited in the seating area for 15 minutes and no one even asked if we were waiting. I had to go up to the counter and ask them when they'd have a table ready. Then they seated us in the middle, right by the kitchen and bathroom where people kept going in and out. We had our baby in a car seat on the ground sleeping. When the food finally came it was sooo cold. We ordered the full breakfast platters. The only thing that was hot was the hashbrowns. Pancakes, eggs and meat were all cold. Then they upcharged for everything. We switched all the meat to turkey and they upcharged both platters. Asked to switch to french toast instead of pancakes and they said there would be an upcharge even though we'd be giving up 2 pancakes for 1 piece of french toast. Very bad experience.
