Just finished eating here, my order was ready since I ordered online. I ordered customizable bowl, I feel like some ingredients are missing from the bowl. Barely put other veggies and dressings. I selected to get Free chips and salsa with my order but I only got chips without salsa.

Workers are nice but give the smallest servings in the world. This guy barely put any rice in my bowl I could still see half of the bottom and I’m not paying $12 to not get fed. Even when you ask for extra they’ll like give a sprinkle more. Never coming

It's fine, this Moe's is my usual pick for lunch when I have class on Busch. However, it's a dice roll who is filling your bowl. Some are fine, but other some people give you so little it's absurd, especially this one lady. Whenever I see her there, I skip getting food from here. Who scoops an entire ladle of beans just to quickly barely empty half of it into your bowl, and puts the rest back?

The workers are nice, but the food is poorer quality than in other locations. The rice is consistently hard - likely stale. I’m not sure why this Moe’s is different than others - isn’t the food prep a fairly standardized process?

Lifeless and mushy steak. I thought that they gave me pork instead because of how pale they were. Stale chips and salsa tasted weirdly fermented.
It's an uphill battle trying to get your free chips and salsa from this place. I reiterate most other reviewers' point about stingy portions. Trash.

You do get nachos with almost anything you order. It's an okay place to get take-out from.

Super convenient, order on the website and pickup from the shelf. Can get reward points and a free burrito on your birthday if you sign up. The food containers are quality as well, they won't get soggy and do a good job at keeping the food. I didnt est the food until 3 and 1/2 hours later and it was still enjoyable (without reheating). The containers are microwaveable as well I believe; they have markings on them that show its quality and safety. Moe's Mondays is a great deal, so great that chips and salsa are included with a burrito/bowl. Just don't forget to grab a fork and napkins when doing pick up.
