Nov 1 2019 the experience was not good this time. I wish I had checked the food before taking out. Got Baja cereal bowl, received a smaller portion size compared to last time what happened there, ~$10 for this ?
I usually order food at this Panera Bread and food is good. they are fast and good people , but the last time I order, They didn't customize the food the way I ordered. But the real problem here is that they don't call your name a lot of times when your food is ready. They just say “ice coffee†and it's totally unacceptable because they are usually 2-3 people having a same order and it turns into a hassle.
