Perhaps a rating isn't appropriate as I entered an empty restaurant for takeout at 7:05 , likely near the end of a long day. I speak no Spanish and little effort was made to help me order. I tried to pronounce pupusa and said I wanted pork inside. I then pointed to a meat dish in a heated tray and asked for it also with rice and black beans, of which all was to go. The serving sizes of all items were substantial. The meat dish and black beans were good that night and the next day. The rice was very good and not starchy. I didn't care much for the texture of the pupusa, but I don't know how it should feel. It may have been perfect but the soft doughy texture like soft pizza dough was not appealing.

Honestly these pupusas were divine! I loved them even more than those at El Creador (even though there has a great name and those were pretty good as well). My boyfriend and I tried them last night when they were closing up and spoke to Jasmine (Jazmine?) who was hella nice and her sister was also working, who was super patient with me as I struggled to decide which pupusas to get on the spot as there were no menus LOL. (Also LOL at them being able to tell we were gringos before we even uttered a word in English ) Sounds like they might have a buffet with various items like rice and beans until about 6pm or so? And after that they just have pupusas - revueltos (mixed with pork, cheese and maybe beans), cheese, pork, beans or any combination thereof. Also cheese and loroco (which I've seen on every pupusa menu but omg what a gross tasting flower, HA - either way, fun to try). They told us they're opening a second location which I will definitely be trying out!! My bf's favorite was the cheese and mine was the bean and cheese. Overall highly recommend, will definitely be back.

What a delightful surprise in the neighborhood! The 3 pupusas we had were absolutely delicious. We're going to be coming back! It's a tiny shop with two two-seat tables and two maybe three counter spots. We took out (Covid shy). It's open early so great for breakfast or lunch takeout. We'll be back!

The pupusas here have plenty of filling, very tasty, and well worth the $3 per pupusa price. 10/10.

Was in the area and yelped for some local restaurants. Cecilia pulled up, got tempted by the yummy pupusa pictures and reviews. Small hole in the wall type place with only counter seating for 2 - 3 people. Ordered 3 pupusas to go and some hot sauce, Cecilia, who is the owner, is the sweetest lady. Instead of the hot sauce she packed me this home made spicy cabbage salad with the Pupusas. We had nice conversation while she was preparing the Pupusas. I am so glad I stopped here because the Pupusas were awesome. I will definitely be back to try some other items on the menu.

The pupusas were good but the wait was just way too long. They prepared a phone order before preparing ours even though we were already in the restaurant. We only had 2 orders whilst the phone order was about 20 pupusas. They should definitely prioritize their clients who are present to reduce the long wait time.

Such delicious pupusas. I got 4 different kinds. Homemade and hand made, perfectly cooked snd seasoned. I felt like the curtido was saltier than it needed to be but I still ate it all lol I will definitely get more soon.

The tacos were not that good

I’d easily give 5 stars because as a Salvadorian I know how hard it is to find good pupusas. And these are amazing, however their customer service really needs work. They are not welcoming and it feels like I’m bothering them as a customer. It’s also off putting to see mold stains on the ceilings.
