Unprofessional and Rude. The staff member who answers the phone was rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. I had an issue with the online ordering process and was trying to place a delivery order by phone. He refused. When I asked for a manager, he hung up on me three times. I ended up not being able to order what I wanted because the coupon was not applying properly. I am not happy with the food I did receive. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at any Domino's Pizza. The staff member has poor customer skills. He should not be working anywhere. What manager allows their staff to treat customer's this way and hang up on customers trying to place orders?

I placed a order online before 12am and a notice popped up and said I will get my order if it’s ordered before 12am and I placed it. I then get a call asking if I’m sure I want it and the another call saying they canceled it cause they didn’t want to deliver and wanted to go home. I do not think this fair and you need to update your night shift, SUPER SUPER , lazy and rude.
Delivery insurance doesn't mean a dang thing when the whole order gets mishandled and they offer you a free pizza on your 30+ dollar order, try feeding smashed pizzas that are cold with a warm soda to a pack of kids, and see how that goes for you. Do yourself a giant favor and order from somewhere that isn't this specific dominos, as they don't even answer the phone.If I could give zero stars I would, but there is no option for that. Unfortunate.

Placed an order well before closing, after my status being stuck in checking status for 30 min…. No food. Called…. They are closed. Can’t get my money back without a run around in the website!

Ordered here a few times. Every time the order was wrong. Just placed a $50 order the other night that we never received. When we try to call the store they don’t pick up the phone. Still haven’t received a refund

I order online and the two things I order was wrong I told the delivery guy and he did nothing about it he just said call the store when they obviously don’t ever answer the phone that’s why in order online I asked for extra ham on my pizza and it was just cheese and for the bread they didn’t out no bacon on it

I want a refund … Never received food … Talk to the manager twice he told me he will give me a call when driver arrive and that it was other stops … Remind you i also left notes in special instructions with a alternate phone number .. Never received any food i check the front door for 3 and a half hours straight …. Wgen i called back the store was closed… my food was a total of $37 dollars and i would like a refund no store credit but a refund
