I would give 5 stars, but my two visits were completely different. I usually don't come to this store since it's out of my way, but my kids were hungry. My first visit was horrible. The last who served us was the worse. I think she was the manager, I'm not sure, I just remember she wore glasses, had red hair and an accent. The food was horrible, old stale and cold. When I told her about the food, she got a nasty attitude and tried not to give my kids any fresh fries, arguing with me that nothing was wrong with the food. Eventually she gave them fresh fries after I threatened to call corporate on her. And she basically threw the bag of food at my daughter.My second trip there was amazing. It was so good, that my daughter wanted to know the name of the girl who helped for this review. Shantay was simply the best. She took my daughters order with a pleasant smile and everything was perfect. The food was fresh and hot. While we were enjoying the food, Shantay even checked on us to make sure everything was okay. I don't know if she is a manager or not, but she needs to be. She is much better than the other girl. My daughter refuses to eat from there unless Shantay is working, so that's saying something.

Beautiful Impossible burger by Shantae and crew. Lots of nice vegetables. My friend loved his Impossible burger too (his first time trying one). Right out of the fryer cheese jalapeno bites.

Home of the Whopper? Maybe, if you can get the sandwich that made the chain famous correct the third time. The owner needs to fire pretty much everyone that worked the lunch shift on 29 June 2021. The girl functioning as the store manager for the shift was yelling at everyone just to get them to do the bare minimum. The workers were just standing around, seemingly turning around in circles, clueless. The drive thru was a disaster and the inside was no better. I was the only car in line when I pulled up to the speaker. I ordered a medium Whopper meal w/out mayo and a Coke. It seemed simple enough to me. I've ordered them that way since at least 1981 with no issue. I pulled up to the window, waited about 5 minutes, paid, then waited another 5 minutes for the young man to basically shove the bag at me in the car. I get it, it's busy. Nonetheless, I was suspicious. I pulled into the lot, opened the burger and it had the mayo I didn't request. Did I mention that I was the only car in line when I ordered? I went into the store only to see about 6 others waiting for their food. One guy asked the acting manager if she was having some issues with getting people organized. She simply said, "yes." She was trying to the best of her incapability, but the staff wasn't interested. Despite her insistence to the contrary, they wouldn't even call out the order contents when the bags made it to the counter. The sandwich makers weren't marking the wrappers even after her countless demands that they do. In any case, after about 10 minutes, someone finally approached the counter and asked if they could help me. I showed my receipt and the incorrect sandwich. The manager told the sandwich maker, firmly, I might add, to make a Whopper with NO MAYO. The sandwich maker, started making the sandwich and promptly put mayo on the bun, first thing. Really? I thought the manager was going to leap through the partition. After I eventually got my correct sandwich, I took a look at the drive through, which now had about 20 cars. Did I mention that this was during the 12:00-1:00 hour? In any case, owners, fire the workers and please don't ask the girl who tried to be a manager to act as one until you train her. P.S. When I got to work, I discovered that I received a diet Coke.

Came here to try the new chicken sandwich and wasn't the greatest experience. Wait time was long, sauces here cost extra, and food itself was just okay. Wouldn't order the chicken sandwich again.The drive thru Lady was nice though, so there is that. Otherwise, not the best Burger King location.

This place is rude and takes so long to make food I would not call it fast food. I live very nearby, so close I can walk there, so I have been here many times. More often than not there is an issue when I go here, so much so that the convenience is not enough for me to return. Do not go here.
