This place is horrible ordered two pizzas and wings one pizza was smoshed to the side of the box and the other pizza was not cut at all. Both pizzas were cold not warm at all the wings were also cold never ordering from them

Just your basic fast food... Did the fast portal oprtion, but still wasnt ready at the time promised. Under staffing was a major issue. No customer service. Just tossed pizza in the box and sent on my way.Parking: Alot of cracks on the pavement. Your car will enter a bumpy ride. Pot holes in the parking areas.

Ordered an extramostbest pepperoni and extramostbest cheese pizza and was given regular pizzas. No extra pepperoni and cheese. Pizza had no sauce. You could literally see bread from lack of cheese and sauce. Unacceptable!!! Had amazing experiences at other Little Ceasers! Called and explained and manager accused me of wanting extra and was told that extramost best doesn’t come with extra cheese. Ridiculous! Never again? I asked for my money back and was told that they would have to take out for the piece that I bit off of. Pizza was very dry and management acts like they don’t have to respect your issues or money! Take a look at the attached picture, it’s not hard to see.

How is it that I ordered twice on two separate occasions I ask how long will it take? They tell me about 15 minutes. I give them about 30 minutes and when I arrive they literally just start to do my order. I just left both times went to Domino’

Do yourself a favor and go to the North Brunswick location. I've gone to this location in the past and it was fine. But I guess it came under new management or something because it completely sucks now. I placed an online order and waited 40 minutes in my car. The order tracking was never updated despite being ready, so by the time I decided to enter and see what the delay was about my pizza had been waiting for ages. I'm not sure if it's because of the wait time, but the pizza tasted terrible. Dry crust, greasy cheese, almost no sauce. It's by far the worst Little Ceasars pizza I've ever eaten. I honestly felt like I'd wasted my money. Additionally, the atmosphere of the store was terrible. Dirty floors, doors haphazardly propped open, rowdy customers that made me highly uncomfortable, nonexistent customer service. I ordered a drink with my order and physically witnessed the clerk take it out of the fridge and leave it out for about 10 minutes before giving it to me. Not only that, I wasn't even addressed when I walked in and had to wait while Doordash drivers walked in and picked up orders. There was actually an over section for online orders (which I've used in the past at this location) where you put in a code and pick up your pizza, but for some reason all the orders were kept behind the counter. So you were forced to wait until the clerk finally came back to even get what you ordered an hour ago. I'm never going to this location ever again.

This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. First, it took 10 min to even get acknowledged. No smile, greeting, or even eye contact. After finally making the order it was over 20 minutes waiting for the pizza. We ordered 2 marinara sauces & 1 of them was only half full. It was watery & cold. The pizza crust was not cooked all the way so it was soggy. The pieces weren't even cut properly. I highly recommend skipping this location.

Customer service is horrible! The cashier doesn’t seem to like her job. And nothing is ever hot and READY. Yesterday credit card reader was broken. This isn’t a mom and pop shop. It’s a large franchise!

This Little Caesars operate on a very slow time zone. Doesn't matter how you place your order--calling ahead, through the app, website--expect to have your order begin once you arrive and AFTER you voiced your order. This is franchise pizza, not fresh hand tossed. Should not take long. The problem with this place is efficiency. A tactic here is to produce lots of normal cheese pizzas and hand them out to people waiting. One could have ordered pretzel stuffed pizza or pizza with the works, but they'll give a standard plain pizza hoping you won't notice.
