I came in hungry with my family of 8 and everywhere there are hassles to get us out but here I felt welcomed and very well attended. The place was clean and tables were set to our accommodations, bathroom smelled amazing not like those nasty public bathrooms.. Let me Get to the best Part which is the food.. I ordered a traditional Honduran plater called “pollos con tajadas” and let me tell you I liked the plate clean. The chicken was juicy tender and flavorful, the tajadas were cooked perfectly and crispy, the curtido on the side was amazing, you could just devour it by itself. The wings were Good, the drinks were perfect especially the Pineapple refreshment.. all this was maybe because I was hungry but this is a 10/10 would recommend

I will NEVER go to this place again. I called in an order, which was listed as $10 on their online menu. When I got to the restaurant to pay for my order, it rang up as $14. I brought this to the attention of the waitress and asked to speak to the manager. When I explained the situation to the manager, encouraged him to immediately change the price, and asked him if he could honor the price online, he said no. I’ve been told him that I would not be able to take the food, and he easily said “Ok.” He did not apologize for the error, nor did he attempt to rectify the matter by honoring the $10 price on the online menu, which to me, would have been GREAT customer service. I personally think that establishment is not found of Black people, specifically Black women b/c I had another encounter with them late last year. I let it slide, but NO MORE. He no longer has my business.

The food is ok but they take forever to answer the phone sometimes they will answer and say give me 1 second then 5 minutes pass and they still haven’t got back to you and then just hang up on u and if u order take out expect them to take 1 hour and a half to get your food it’s always cold when it get here so unprofessional it wasn’t alway like this but this place has fallen and have horrible staff there customer service is bad they definitely lost me as a customer I always would order from here but can’t take it no more your better off going across the street to Titas they actually have good service and staff there unlike this place if u care about your business u would fire those employees

Me and my friends go before school to get lunch and the chicken quesadilla is so amazing. It’s so good and i eat so much because i don’t know what you guys put in it but it makes you want to eat it over and over again.

I ordered a delivery at two in the afternoon they arrived at 4 in the afternoon and my comings never arrived, call and call the employees only told me that it was going to arrive but my food never arrived I had to cancel the orderTERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

You guys should get no stars , the ssrvice was so HORRIBLE . The ladies who work there are bitchesss excuse my language but they attend men so polite . But to women the service was so bad . And they saw me and my mom was mad because the lady didnt took our order for talking to the men . We had to stand up and go to the cashier to take our order . On top of that the cashier wrote our orders wrong ans charge us even more . You guys need to hire people who treat all women and men equal !!!! If they wana give men service only than send them to work at a bar !!

My mom tried placing an order over the phone and asked if it was the south river location which the lady responded with “La watcha” which has no meaning to us so we asked if it was in south river again and if they would be able to deliver to our location, which we provided. The woman agreed to take our order and somehow came up with a bill of $85 but the order should’ve been $45 max with the prices listed on their website. After waiting for our order for a while we called asking where they were and they were at the wrong address in Plainfield with the wrong food because the woman tried confirming our order and got half of it wrong. My mom told them she was going to cancel the order bc it had already taken over an hour to which the lady responded with that they wouldn’t take our order ever again, which is honestly no problem at all since we won’t be ordering from them again due to their horrible communication skills and customer service.
