The worst experience ever. You order on the drive thru, they work very slow and I had to wait 25 minutes on the drive thru to get at the window for them to tell me that they don’t have my order. Not only that but they were so rude about it. Not even humble for their mistake.

This place the food is always fresh because I think since it the only McDonald's in Plainfield this place stay packed I'm talking about it's a waiting line for about 15 to 20 minutes just to go to the counter. And then workers are always screaming because its so loud that they cant hear you give your order.So if you want to go to this one just get prepared for this show. Thank you.
The customer service at all these McDonald's stink, they are always rude when you go thru the drive thru, I will not patronize where they have no respect for the customers, also the prices are ridiculous, you can't afford a hamburger a small fry and a small drink, $11.86!? Hand your food with out looking at you, they are awful ?

Just ordered a large Big Mac meal, Uber eats has a promo on it for a buy one get one free. Saying that McDonald's that I am reviewing is on front Street in North Plainfield, and they always seem to be pretty good in there delivery, however. When they do mash up, it is impossible to contact them or Uber eats to let them know that the meal is wrong or something was not put in on the mail. Once I ordered and they sent me unsweetened tea as opposed to what I had ordered, which was sweetened tea today they sent me the big Mac meal without the french fries but the french fries were on the receipt. This is only a thought of Uber eat and McDonald's for not paying attention to their orders. Not happy at all with this order.

I ordered a mcdouble with mayo only large meal. I get home and take a bite and there was so much mayo it squirted out of the bottom of the sandwich all over my clothes and hand. I'm so angry. And of course Noone answers the phone@!!!!! Grrrrrrr ??????????

I have been here several times recently and I have had excellent customer service and every time service is faster and I go lobby which has a registers and two computers check outs. I have problems with non human registers. But this location is one of the better stores but drive thru is a bit time consuming. I get stuck behind the customer that has big order and why rarely is second window used. But drive thru here they can't serve finish smaller orders like mine. But it's one of narrow drive thru lane but the volume of sales rarely will you get less than fresh in my orders since I started using lobby. I swear I get the mega orders or special requests. It not just McDonald's that I prefer lobby but few mcd are attentive to lobby customers. Excellent example of a mcd not go inside in Manville only drive thru time matters not the customer service. Front street is great for both. I only have weekdays around 5 to 6 pm to base my rating. They are well staff at this time unlike Manville was the last time I was there. They may have changed but I won't ever go to back I know that speed isn't excuse for the neglect of walk ins. Manville ducks front street has been excellent three times in a row.
