Excellent pancakes and coffee! Too bad they have “open whenever feel like it” hours. Which really doesn’t fly in a summer tourist destination kind of town.

We ate breakfast here on the last day of my trip. It was closed the majority of the week, not sure why. The food wasn't very good, and it was overpriced. The portions were big, but not so flavorful. My sandwich had too much dry ham, and not enough cheese. The bread was also stale. The pancakes were good, but not great.

I've only had pork roll egg cheese, french toast, bacon and eggs benedict - they are all really good. service is very good. small and informal. take out is also very good.

Basic breakfast menu, great location watching the boats.. 10-12 tables inside and cash only. My omelette was ok and my daughter wasn’t fond of her pancakes or the bacon. Another place off our to visit list.
