Looking forward for the opening. Food is always good, service is the best. Eating out side is so nice.

Dined here last nite and everything was perfect! Service, atmosphere and food was all on point! Ice cold clams on the half shell and hot clams oreganata. The 2 pound lobster was deliciously sweet and the jerk grouper very fresh! The banana cream pie with chocolate crust was delicious! Red’s never disappoints!

My absolute favorite restaurant! Food is always fantastic. The view is outstanding. The service makes you feel like you are home. You can not fake fresh. I’ve never had a bad meal here, ever. The seafood is truly incredible. I get so excited to find out what is on special, no matter what you order, you will be happy. Sunset here is magic. We love Marissa, and Mike and Ellen!Kid-friendliness: My newly 2 year old son loves to come here to eat and watch the boats pass!

My wife and I (and our grown kids when they're back home) have been going to Red's regularly for 6-7 years. My wife and I went tonight to close out the season. I realized why Red's has been so special to us. None of our friends have waterfront homes. When we go to Red's it's like we're being hosted by friends who are welcoming, warm and friendly, in an unassuming home with a great view, who are also great cooks. Red's, have a wonderful off-season. God willing, we'll see you next Spring.

Fair price. Delicious food. Friendly service. Can eat outside overlooking the harbor or there are some tables inside with a/c. They serve soda, wine, and sangria. No beer. Desserts are also good.Dietary restrictions: They had gluten-free options.

We came here with friends and had a great lunch. Oysters were fresh, cold and delicious. I had the fish and chips. The cod was done to perfection. The lobster bisques is to die for. It was worth the 1.5 hr ride. Will be back in 2024

"This is a lobster house, no crabs allowed."The sign proudly hung on the entrance.Red's Lobster House (not to be confused with the franchise Red Lobster) is a pier side restaurant with a family oriented atmosphere. The staff are cheery, welcoming, and attentive. My group was placed in outside seating which gave us a fantastic view of boats going by, however the restaurant also has indoor seating. The food was great, simple yet executed expertly. I had the lobster roll, which was worth every dollar. My group also ordered a pitcher of sangria which was refreshing. The alcohol menu is limited to a few wines so if you're not accustomed to the taste of fermented grape juice I suggest you bring your own bottle. If you have a craving for lobster and don't mind the fees, lobster is priced at market value, I see no reason not to come.

First trip to Reds, and won't be the last. Nice waterfront seating with roll up plastic windows which were needed when big storm came in. My wife's flounder francaise was excellent, and my stuffed flounder was great, too. Firm, fresh filets with delicious rice pilaf. However, broccoli was steamed with raw garlic that was a bit biting... though was al dente. Both entrees were delivered hot to the table. The bread to start the meal, curiously, was kinda stale; unfortunate, bc we wanted to dip into the delicious francaise sauce. Our server was efficient but not overly friendly, unlike every other employee that we encountered. Overall, a great restaurant meal for us.

My son took us here when we visited the area. The lobster Alfredo was delicious. We were worried we wouldn't get enough lobster meat but we were so wrong. Large meaty pieces were plentiful. Our waitress was lots of fun, had a great sense of humor. We sat outside to enjoy the harbor view ambiance. Will definitely go back there again. Oh, this is a byob so keep that in mind if you enjoy wine with your meal.

Sorry, Reds. Despite the great casual atmosphere, attentive service and BYO status, from a vegetarian's point of view, you fail to impress and would earn a 1 star in food choices. Due to lack of veggie options, I had corn on the cob as an appetizer (over cooked and flavorless). I had the special Mexican salad, which was romaine lettuce, plain, unseasoned canned black beans, plain unseasoned canned corn, and a couple of halved cherry tomatoes. Super boring. Even the bread was pretty bad by NJ standards . Only vegetarian options on the menu were rigatoni with vodka sauce, which is so boring and a risotto which didn't seem very encouraging. My fish- eating friends were pleased, but I will not be going back.

Amazing ambience right on the water. The best outdoor dining you could hope for. Food is delicious, lobster is off the charts. Always a great spot for get together's or just a regular Friday night out. Service is also top notch.

Food is amazing! Servers are very friendly. Outside seating area right next to the water is beautiful. We had the shrimp roll, lobster roll, and stuffed flounder and ALL were great. We were scared of the stuffed flounder due to the "basil" sauce and none of us really love basil but it was SOOOO delicious.
