Soirée Catering has been a staple in my sea shore community for many many years. I have not been able to hire them because we didn't have an event worthy of a catering splurge in the past few years. The owner and chief chef Lucia is still thriving. I was very lucky to have my future son-in-law's family host an epic rehearsal dinner at my mom's house.
