The Original Bubbakoos location in Point Pleasant has really fallen off over the years. I've eaten there since the beginning. It used to have a fun atmosphere, fast service, and tasty food. The people that worked there were always so up-beat and nice, shouting you out welcoming you at the door, and that went for every customer. It's definitely lost that spark and the food quality/preparation has lost a step also while prices have only gone up. Present day, It's kind of a shell of what it once was and what made it great. I eat there far less now. It's a shame.

I ordered the Baku burrito bowl had it delivered by DoorDash the worst the rice was all soggy. The vegetables were gummy spent $20 and change and I threw it away never use it again.

Ordered online with a 636 pickup time. Arrived at 633 and told my order was still being prepped. Only waited about 5/7 minutes. Got home and my burrito was ice cold and the entire bottom fell out. How can my order still be in the process of being prepped and 2 burritos be ice cold?

The lemon pepper wings were good, but didn’t like the blue cheese. The ring potatoes were good too but had too much cheese and it change the taste a little bit. But overall the staff is really friendly and make the best to provide a costumer service ❤️

Ordered a chiwawa combo delivery but they forgot the chips and soda. Obviously no one inspected the order before sending it. The chiwawa was good but not as good as it would have been with chips and salsa so after eating a little I had to go out to wawa and buy a soda and chips. So I paid for delivery and a tip but had to go out anyway. I will not be ordering from them again.

I've never been there...tried it tonight.... the young girls behind the counter were rude...threw food in the to go...and rushed you out ... they didn't have time for you to make a choice.... so uncomfortable..'0' ...never going there again.... they cater to high-school kids mostly....at least it seems that way...like a lunch line....with nasty,too busy for you attitudes.
