Noticeably improved from a year ago. The food quality is great and they no longer have confusion about finding my address. The carside delivery works well.

Used to order all the time from here. Food was great. Now they can't even get an order right! Let alone even make my damn order. I order for the past two nights and they have nothing to say when they are missing my order. They don't even offer any assistance.

Do Not Eat Here!! Unsanitary conditions! Terrible customer service! The dough on our pizza was totally raw and gooey, only the outer edges were cooked. I called to tell them the problem and they told me to bring the pizza back. I thought they just wanted to see it, but instead, they threw our half-chewed pizza back in the oven with other peoples orders! They refused to make us a new pizza, and refused to refund our money. Not to mention that the place is FILTHY. Wish I checked the reviews before ordering.

If I could give a less than. I called to praise my order and asked to speak with the dm. I felt so belittled and horrified for the people that work there .

I am currently writing this review as my order is being “delivered”. Yeah right. It’s Been a whole 3 hours, 3 freaking hours. Don’t order from this place. Don’t.

The pan pizza is the jam. Way better and faster delivery than the locally owned spots in town.

They never delivered my order and I can’t reach their store says they close at 1am so why can I not reach anyone at 10pm and my order was placed at 8:40HUGE EDIT: I did not have a car at this time my boyfriend was leaving from work and offered to go by the store (11:30pm) the guys there were really awesome and offered to remake the entire order and even offered a cookie brownie on the house! Although they need to get their phones fixed the customer service is on point! Thank you Domino’s in Point Pleasant!

Last night I ordered a pie and Parmesan bites it took over 2 1/2 hours to receive any kind of update about my order when the order arrived it was completely wrong and not mine. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with store doesn’t pick up the phone. Corporate is absolutely no help. Will never ever order from this location or dominoes probably ever again awful just awful.

This is the worst Dominos store to order from, always seems like something is wrong with my order. Waited over an hour for my order to be delivered. When it finally arrived everything in the order was cold and none of the toppings ordered were on the pizza. Tried calling the store to get the problem fixed and finally hung up after 20 minutes when nobody would answer the phone. If you’re thinking of ordering from this store, save yourself the trouble and just order from somewhere else.

horrendous. if I could put less than one star I would. Got our order 3 hours late after calling for hours wondering where our food was.... Also got an awesome attitude from the delivery driver like it was our fault...AND STILL HAD TO PAY FOR OUR FOOD...UNREAL...horrible business and management.

Keith made our order tonight and the food was a 10/10. It looked like it was just him working and the place was immaculate.

Let me begin by saying that this issue starts with the fact that I never placed an order for a pizza on the day that this incident took place.About a month ago I was at home asleep when I was awoken by very loud constant banging on my front door. Who does something like that at 11:45 pm ALMOST MIDNIGHT! at a private residence. Of course being startled I went to the door and yelled "who is it" to the person on the other side who mumbled in a very low tone which I could not understand. I repeated again 2 more times with the same mumbling. By this time I yelled "who is it" loud enough and the person responded its your fu-kin pizza you ordered. I refused to open the door because I thought it was someone trying to just get me to open the door and then push himself into my home.In this day and age with all of the terrible things you hear going on with senseless beatings, robberies and murders there was no way would ever open the door since I did not place a pizza order. The delivery person continued yelling and screaming at the top of his lungs yelling at me that I have to take the order and that he was not gonna get stuck with the pizza, I told him to leave or I will call the police. With that the delivery person was screaming and cursing me off calling me a fuc-in a****** and a piece of s*** and that he'll come back some day to f--k with my house and beat my a*** He finally started to leave so when he got in his car I opened my door to see if I could get the license plate number. As I did this he saw me and rolled down his care window and shouted to me get in your house mother fu-ker or else ill come beat you senseless. I was able to confirm that it was a delivery car from Dominos because the car had one of those large lit up advertisement signs that they set on top of the roofs of cars. I called the local Dominos to confirm if they had a driver making a delivery to my address and the night manager said yes they did, so as I was explaining to him what had happened he interrupted and confirmed that the driver went to the wrong address and clearly said that the driver was given the correct address however it was for the adjoining town. The night manager apologized but recommended I call the store manager the next day (after 12noon) and asked for Mike. The next day I went to the store waiting for the manager, It so happened that a police officer happened to park in the store lot and I explained to him what happened to me last night. Policeman was taking all of my information and I filed a report. As we were doing that the manager pulled into the lot and these details were shared with him with the police officer present. The store manager apologize and said he would speak to the delivery person on duty that night and then call me back to discuss it further. I hadn't heard back from mike that week or anytime since the. I followed up with a phone call to Dominos headquarters and shared my concerns with a person from the customers service dept. That person took all of the exact information I provided to the police and the store manager. He to told me that an individual will contact me about my experience with this store. As of this day a month later I have not heard back from Dominos Headquarters. I've tasted Dominos, Little Caesars, Papa Johns, pizza and other items they make and I found that all of them make horrible food! I live in the Point Pleasant area and if anyone wants real pizza I suggest avoiding franchise crap and do yourself a favor and buy pizza from some of the excellent pizza stores in this town. Besides its better to support the small local vendors that can use the customers and help stomp out these garbage slop shops. I doubt I will get any action from Dominos I think I'll post this on Yelp and other review outlets. Down with franchise crap food!
