I stopped into ECB Freehold because I was dropping something off at SouthGate Manor next door. I am a teacher at one of the local high schools, and we had lunch catered by this company a few years ago. I really enjoyed what I had for a light lunch, but decided to pick up something for dinner. First, this place is small, but has everything that you need! There are refrigerators with detailed photos of what is in every single meal, all of which are sealed and contain all of the ingredients and nutritional information you need. The employees there are so helpful and kind too. Post-workout, I followed the directions and peeled back a corner of the plastic cover, placed it in the microwave for 2.5 minutes and WOW I had a fantastic dinner!! I bought the General "Bros" Chicken and holy moly, there was so much flavor. I bought the Buffalo chicken wrap for lunch tomorrow and I can't wait to try it. Seems like everything is about $10-$13 per portion (from my brief overview) but I would say is totally worth it to pick up on your way home from work if you need a quick meal for dinner or lunch the next day, made with love of course :) Thank you Eat Clean Bro for a fabulous first take-home meal!

I’ve been doing this meal prep service for almost a year now. Started out really great. Service is excellent at the Point Pleasant store. Unfortunately, over the last few months, quality has been going down since they are expanding. I’m consistently getting sick from the meals. I keep trying them because I’ve done so well in the past with them but today was the last straw. I went to eat my French onion burger meal that expired 3/18 and I almost choked on a piece of plastic. It’s about an inch and a half long and looks like a piece of a cutting board that broke off and went into my food. Will post a picture upon request. Very sad. This could’ve hurt someone.

Fantastic meal delivery!!! My husband and I just had a baby and have ZERO time to cook, we were ordering out twice a day. We came across ECB and it's been the best! Been ordering for 3 weeks now and will continue to do so, I can't stop recommending this to my mom friends!

Order food delivery from here! This is my #1 life hack for busy professionals during the week! I do not cook so this is awesome bc you Just heat and eat, no kitchen to clean! Super easy option for week nights! Better than hello fresh bc it's a huge time saver!! Ordered for about 3 different weeks. First week loved everything we got! Second week was a mixed bag. My go tos are: chicken taco bowls, chicken ratatouille, Tuscan chicken with broccoli, Beef burrito bowl, Chuck's Turkey taco bowl, Turkey corn salsa bowl. Meh; The Jessica's fajita Mac and cheese with shredded chicken, dirty boy OG, were just ok and nothing to entice me back so I will not order those items again. I also think the morrocan shrimp was decent and maybe a little spicy but the shrimp were a little soggy and soft so I probably won't get that one again as they weren't to my liking. Firecracker chicken & rice and chicken Marsala I have to try again bc I don't really remember those. Not a fan of; chicken tiki masala (never again, not even close to this Indian favorite). BroBq crack was WHACK bc it tasted too vinegary and made me wonder if it was old? Tips: I do feel like you need a sprinkle of water to add before cooking to some of the plainer rice dishes to enhance the cooking process otherwise they can come out extra dry. They always send out coupons and the price per meal is much more reasonable vs door dash/Uber eats/grub hub and take out/delivery!! Plus it feels much healthier and you can see the exact calories on each meal package! Also, buyer beware. The third week I over ordered and since the meals only last a few days I wound up having to toss about half my order in the trash so didn't get to try several things so ensure you only order what you plan on consuming within a few days. Overall, ECB is a life hack is a great local find, saves time, money and one of my new favs! I hope they keep on improving and maybe one day they can make a tiki masala that tastes as authentic like bamboo hut in Waldwick and they'll be in the money! Keep at it and thank you for giving me the gift of time!

I've been ordering on and off from ECB and I've always been satisfied with their meals but I also need to commend their customer service after my recent interaction with them. I had purchased a gift card online because the freehold location didn't have the denomination I needed. For whatever reason the recipient didn't receive the gift card. After a day of waiting, I contacted the ECB customer service after hours with my issue and I received a response from a representative named Danielle next day. Not only did Danielle respond swiftly, but she was able to fix my issue and before I could respond, the recipient received his gift card. Thank you, Danielle! And thank you ECB!
