Wow! The roast beef hoagie was amazing, i'm so glad that I found a place that gives you rare roast beef. This will definitely be my new go to spot for sandwiches!! Also Jo is a great guy!

This is the worst hoagie place I've ever been. They don't melt their cheese on toasted hoagies and sandwiches and their mustard/Mayo spread is atrocious. Their meat is dry and vegetables wilted. I'd rather eat a pinecone than a hoagie from this shop. Absolute disgrace of a shop.

By far my favorite sub place. Every time we're down in Manasquan, which is every other week, we try and get Hoagie Jo's. Freshest/tastiest hoagies I've ever had.

Please adjust hours to appropriately reflect closing 30 minutes earlier than the hours advertised on the door. The food is solid I wish I could get a sandwich after a long day at the beach. Iced coffee is good too, just stay open and take my money!!!

I was in town visiting family and was craving a hoagie. This shop came recommended by family and locals. My fiancé and I checked it out and was not disappointed. I wish I took pictures, but we devoured our food instead. I order the Mom's meatballs hoagie and my fiancé had the Italian hoagie. The macaroni salad was amazing and the potato salad followed in a close second. The owner greeted us and answered questions. We highly recommend this shop and will be back next time we're in town. Breakfast sandwiches and the cold brew are on the list to try!

To the person who said the bread was tasteless in their review, he must have NO tastebuds! Try Hoagie Joes & you’ll be back for more! Except for the lunch meat, of course, EVERYTHING is homemade in house by the owner!
LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS GEM IN POINT PLEASANT! I usually do not leave reviews but I have never felt such positive vibes from a place of business. We purchased two sandwiches, “the wave” and an Italian sub. They both tasted amazing and reasonably priced. Joe, the owner was so friendly and really takes care of his customers. His girlfriend was also so sweet and really does a great job with making the sandwiches exactly to your liking. My two daughters were with me and he gave them a free cookie for dessert. THEN, to top it all off, I guess he overhead my youngest daughter say that the Italian sandwich was too spicy (which it was not), a whole new sandwich was made to make sure we were 100% satisfied! They reallydid not have to do that and I never felt so taken care of as a costumer. We went there for a quick bite and left with satisfied tummies and such positive vibes. We will certainly come back. BEST SANDWICH PLACE EVER!!!

We tried the Bridge Ave Point Pleasant location after a long waited opening since it’s next to the ROOK we frequent. Never again! Took 25 minutes for our 4 half subs. Nothing special. Staff seemed very confused. $38 for 4 half subs, on top of that then they charge $1.35 fee for using my debit. Bread was tasteless and subpar sandwiches.
