Just wanted to give a shout out to Will and Kevin at the bridge ave store. I needed to pick up 3 large subs at 8:15am last saturday for a painting seminar. Meaninf it would be 45 minutes before they opened to the public. Will was the original person I talked to and said no problem just call ahead with your order. Then I touched base with Kevin on Friday and he said, yes he's the guy who will be there early and he'll have everything ready for me. And he did! Thanks for being so accommodating and for making such great subs!

Ok....over the last 2 months I have ordered from here 3 times. Twice on line and then today in person. All 3 times I ordered chicken cheese steaks and got beef. I specifically went into the store today so maybe they would get it right. Nope!!! When I called to complain, the guy said you should have been more specific!!! He repeated the order to his co-worker who in 5 seconds forgot while she walked in the back to make it. I said the only way I could be more specific is if I went in the back and made it myself! The other kicker was the order came to $17.01. Instead of letting me get a penny from my car, he said sorry, I already rang it up and proceeded to give me .99 back. I left the 4 pennies for the next victim. Should have just gone to Colonial Market and got more meat for less money! They also have a "penny" dish.

Decided to try this place out . Wow! First time at a Jersey Mike’s. Definitely won’t be the last! Sandwiches were packed and the oil & vinegar mix they put on is a perfect topper! Can’t say enough about our experience. So glad we decided to stop by on our trip to Point Pleasant Thankyou store #1012 ?

I was having HVAC work done at the house and offered to buy lunch for the HVAC guy. He suggested a Italian sub. I'm not a sub guy as I prefer to make my own. So much better and a hell of a lot cheaper. But, I went along and ordered a whole one from JM. 18 bucks. The online ordering was easy and during checkout I could click on how much tip I want to leave for my sub maker. Really? A tip for counter service' when sub shops have the highest markups in the business. Much higher then the standard 300%. An unnecessary tip now takes me to $21, for a sub. I arrived early in time to watch my sub being made. The meat had a poor quality look to it as it was being sliced. Interesting to see how they are trained to fold the meats on to the bread to make the sub look bigger. Anyway, Boars Head it wasn't. I just knew it was going to taste horrible. But I was wrong. It was tastless! Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni and I couldn't taste any of it. All I could taste was lettuce and red wine vinagar. I've had hot subs here in the past and they've been OK, but I still prefer to get a 1/2 pound of Italian roast beast at the shop right deli, fry it up with some onions and white American and put it on an Anzio soft roll. Avoid the cold subs here. .

I give it 3 for the cashier who was the only one who actually smiled and treated me warmly everyone else cold as the subs they serve.

You should be ashamed of your store your subs SUCKED We got subs in a tub. If I got 5 pieces of shredded lettuce it was alot. I WILL NEVER BE COMING TO YOUR STORE OR ANY JERSEY MIKES FOR THAT MATTER. Worst sub in the world

Heed the reviews...this IS the worst location of this chain. Should have known something was up when the guy in front of me walked out. They were making about 10 subs and when I asked how long I was told "don't worry whats going on over here" should have walked out too ,but I didn't. They then went about being condescending to me and calling me ma'am every two seconds. Once they saw they pissed me off they started being nicer. The sub was reversed from what I ordered making it to much of the ham. Not enough vinegar either. Had a chemical taste too. Wasted 17$...of and they charged me 2$ more than the other mikes in the area. Avoid!!!!

The meat is so perfect and juicy. The tall guy with dark hair really knows his stuff and knows how to make a perfect juicy sub. I highly recommend this location.
