Dry nice little market to pick up produce, meats and other specialty items - chicken breast was very good and also tried a cookie from the cafe area which was very good. Didn’t get any prepared items this time around but will certainly go back to try as they all looked very tasty
This shop is the best of the best. This is my favorite local spot to stop into for lunch before work! I'm so glad there's a place in town with healthy vegetarian options, a kind staff, and always new options to choose from!

A market tucked away in Bay Head, their sandwiches are phenomenal. They don't overly complicate anything, but you can taste the freshness. I had the chicken sandwich available that day and it was one of the best I've had. Simple and direct, they let the quality ingredients do the talking.
