My daughter and I absolutely love Rita's. Specifically this location. All the Employees that work here are always kind and always smiling. The owners son Michael is a great guy and boss from what I see and hear. Allways treating his Employees with respect and kindness.

What a clean and friendly place to take your family. Workers were fast at taking and getting our order. I would definitely be goin back. Oh, the ice & gelati were delicious & refreshing… Highly recommended ! ??

Visiting from out of town and brought the kids here for the first time. We had a group of 10 but it was daytime and slow. The kids asked to try a few flavors and then we were told, NO MORE SAMPLES! I explained we’re had never been here and the kids were deciding what they wanted. I dealt with the owner or manager and he doubled down and said, I don’t care, no more samples. We paid for the one ice we received and went to Lighthouse Italian Ice in Point Pleasant. The kids loved it!! The servers were very friendly and happy to help the kids decide on flavors. I would recommend avoiding this Rita’s ice if you have a family or kids. Zero customer service, very rude, and extremely unfriendly!

Just went over to Rita’s. The employee told me about a new flavor- Peach Ring. It was awesome, the girl was really helpful . Highly recommended ! Definitely have to try it ?

I was just at Rita's in Point Pleasant, they had 24 flavors available that other Rita's never have.My server , Michael was very helpful for explaining the products. I will be back here again ! Highly recommended
