Their drinks are never made right. I get the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso all the time, and this Starbucks makes it different than every other Starbucks I go to. I don’t know if they’re missing an ingredient in it or something but it’s just not good. The Starbucks inside the Target in Riverdale is way better.

One of my favorite starbucks. The workers at the drive thru are always nice and my drink order has never been wrong yet. The drive thru line is sometimes insanely long but when that happens I just go to the starbucks in oakland which is also rlly good.

This might be the slowest Starbucks ever. It's generally faster for me to go to the Lidl next door, buy coffee, drive back home, then make that coffee. I'm not blaming the staff though. They're generally working as fast as humanly possible. Management needs to staff this place better. Until they do, this is an awful experience.

Apparently shift Mgr told me they're understaffed, as per GM orders, so their indoor ordering is CLOSED.I dunno... Maybe treat your workers FAIRLY, and allow unionization, FOR FAIR AND EQUAL PAY?What do I know... I'm just a customer.Headed over to Dunkin'.

This was probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Just lousy, dirty, etc., with unhelpful staff for the most part. The place you'd normally fix up your coffee with cream and sugar and such was just inexplicably empty; no cream/milk, no sugar, no napkins, no stirrers, just nothing. I finally found the stirrers and sugar over by where they put up the mobile orders, but no cream/milk. Couldn't get anyone's attention to ask (to be fair, it was busy), so I had to wait in line to ask. Turns out they have the milk/cream behind the counter and you have to ask for it, and they give you some in a little cup. The person remarked, "Yeah, we don't do it like most Starbucks." No joke, dude! You'd think they'd at least have a sign over the totally empty fix-up bar telling you where to find the things that any normal person would expect to be there.
