I really don't like going to this particular DD's. It appears to be a regular hangout for all of the locals and you can never get a spot. Plus they congregate near the front door and you have to wade through them to get to it. Then of course they always want to talk to me about my car so I usually pretend I'm on my phone so they leave me alone! I just want to go in, get my coffee and leave!

Surprised at the service at this Dunkin' Donuts. ALL of the staff is so friendly and polite. They always repeat my order back to me to make sure they have it right. The drinks are always prepared wonderfully, they know how to make everything efficiently. Even their sandwiches are prepared which such love and care. The donuts are usually fresh as well. Very nice establishment! Overall, very clean, the staff is wonderful and everything is made QUICKLY and EFFICIENTLY!! I love this Dunkin'

Good looking store, huge actually. Comfortable to sit in and enjoy Rt 23 rolling by, or a friends conversation. Full glass back door from the rear adjoining business SLEEPYs parking lot, and huge bathrooms. Awesome drive through - no super tight turns, and wide with an extra lane to bail if the line is too long. Mostly always friendly staff, but listening and/or understanding before executing the orders is at 50% level, same complaints - Sugar added when no sugar requested, toasted vs not, etc. They always correct any issues, but since DDs sometimes get packed during the peak times, a mis-order can be frustrating. *** Not just this specific location, it seems in general that DD national has increased the prices while quality is sub standard. The idea of 15+ types of microwave sandwiches, which slows everything down during peak hours, cant make that much profit vs a traditional egg and cheese on a bagel or croissant with a coffee. Their latte is now ALWAYS weak, cold coffee is probably held too long or is the stale hot coffee from the previous day, and 50% of the time has a burnt flavor. Awesome and unique multigrain bagel though, that and the seasonal pumpkin muffins keep me going back there. NOBODY has that bagel. But for about the same cost, Starbucks coffee is more tasty and fresher.

Alam is the best employee ever!!! Awsome customer service, with a smile on his face that made me feel at home,,, very friendly and kind,,,very clean too!!!! He shows he really cares for the customers and for the business!!!!!
