This location by far after a year AMAZING!. Chicken is always hot and service is impeccable!!!! I'm actually shocked that the reviews are 3.6 cause the consistency is on point evertime. I do walk in and or drive thru very pleasant, never missing an item. I go out of my way in traffic to come here!

This is for Louis, thank you.Had a previous experience where I had drive thru order missing items. I live no where near here, and I had called and spoke to a manager over a year ago, where he stated that my name would be placed on a list and they would give me the items next time I was around. I just got to get around this area again over a year later, and Louis was the person that helped me. Apparently they didn’t put my name on any list, but he was very helpful and took care of my order. Great customer service by Louis. You have a great member there. Thank you again.

Waited forever once I placed my order, finally got to the drive thru window and was asked about my order which they had totally wrong. Asked for barbecue sauce and got home, no sauce whatsoever. I’m done with this place.Very disappointed!

This place although it has good food is terrible with their drive-through. I ordered three strip chicken with the side of Cajun fries and a biscuit and I have to park in a parking lot and wait still another 10 minutes for someone to bring it out to me. There has to be a better system.

this is the second time they got the order wrong asked for tenders got regular chicken /called store in Pompton Plains no one picked up /not driving back everyone ready for dinnerthey do not listen to you when you order

Great new location that includes a drive thru.. Service is always on point an accurate. Food always meets the standards of the brand in both taste and temp. The restaurant is always clean both inside and out.

This place is great. By far the best of the chicken fast food chains. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS IT'S,,,TOO DARN EXPENSIVE! It's $27 for two large combos.....WoW!!!
