We had Sauced And Rubbed cater our wedding. From talking with the owner Tom at the introduction call to the follow up after the wedding, I have never had such a personal experience with a caterer. This company treats each client as if they were family and makes sure that your food experience will leave your guests raving for days to come. I also needed to make sure that the entire meal was celiac safe. This was no issue at all, and I did not get sick!After we had signed the initial contract, we wanted to adjust to add in a Mashed Potato Bar. Not only was this able to be accommodated, we were also given more than expected the day of! The staff that came to set up was an amazing couple, I think the son of the owner, and made sure that our day was everything we dreamt of for food.All of our guests loved the food, and as all the reviews indicate, the pulled pork is out of this world. Even the gluten free mac and cheese was to die for, and that is a hard dish to make perfect! We will definitely be using this company in the future and cannot recommend this enough!

I had the opportunity to have Sauced and Rubbed cater my 55th Birthday and end of chemo this weekend. Everything was delicious. It's a family owned business and they are always very responsive. I would highly recommend them for your next catering event. Pulled pork was a real winner and the family loved all the side dishes. We ordered trays of pulled pork for a last minute celebration, and I'm pretty sure it's the best I've ever had! Pick up was easy and heating instructions were clear. It was a big hit! Only complaint is that we order more than twice as much as we needed, so we will be enjoying it for a while!

I attended the Underground dinner at Blue Ridge Winery last night that was catered by Sauced and Rubbed.WOW! What an awesome job they did! The food was just outstanding. Each course of the 5 course meal was paired with a Blue Ridge wine.Vincenzo described each course and why he chose it.You can tell by the presentation and quality of the food, these folks put their heart and soul into their food.If you ever have a chance to attend an event that they’re catering, or need a caterer, I highly recommend them.

Went to the dinner at blue ridge winery it was amazing from start to finish. Had the lentil soup, eggplant capanata with fresh mozzarella, great salad with spinach ,walnuts pear tomatoes just outstanding. Main course talapia with artichokes hearts fabulous. The dessert was cannoli cream with choclate chips amazing all paired with select wines.love these caterers and they have upcoming events here we will be sure to come thank u for a great meal Patti buckley

I love Sauced & Rubbed! I was super excited to follow around the food truck to different events, and now looking forward to visiting their permanent location in hasting square- hackettstown! Everything is always made from scratch & super fresh. My personal favorite is the pulled pork mac n cheese. I love the hearty amount of pork they put on top & the perfect amount of bbq sauce over it all. I love the homemade corn bread with honey butter as well as the potato salad! Don't forget dessert- there's 3 options, all of which come with huge flavor! I always stick with the limoncello cake as it blows every other type I've tried out of the water. The prices are just right & I never leave hungry. Be sure to check them out for your bbq cravings or even catered events! YUM!
