One of our glasses of draft beer had a large shard of broken glass in it. Management refused to acknowledge the occurrence. Would not recommend.

I have gone here three times. I would not go back again. I sat at the bar and found some of the customers to be rude or annoying. Perhaps if I didn't sit at the bar it would be a different experience. The drinks are good and the food is okay. I would say not to hang out in the bar sections as random people come up and just start talking to you.

Always a fun watering hole in downtown Princeton. Haven't eaten here yet, but the wings smelled awesome. Friendly service high energy atmosphere. A hit with locals. A&B is always on our list when in town.

Came here twice so far -Lil lavender mocktail and the Miso salmon- Tasty and filling (even though it looked very small)Blueberry booster mocktail was refreshing. I had the tomato soup and Mac and cheese which was part of restaurant week.Kitchen and service was incredibly slow for lunch service considering there weren’t many customers. I’m not sure why a cup of soup took so long to come out, but the soup came out about 20 min after ordering and the Mac and cheese was about 50 min (30 min after the soup was taken away). Worst part was the max and cheese was really dry, unlike the delicious dish I was looking forward to based on reviews

The buffalo wings were very good for the area, but not quite as good Chuck’s. And I’m from Buffalo. $16 for 10 wings is steep though. Dinner entrees were around $30. Too much for a bar type ambiance and service. My water glass was empty most of the meal, so service and ambiance were lacking relative to the stratospheric prices. Would not come back.Considering that you could spend $100 a person here, the fact that they didn’t have coat racks or a coat room was very strange.

The food was good but the portions are too small for the price. Good beer selection.

Since I didn't go alone, I have to talk for 2 people. In my experience, it was great I had the nachos with grilled chicken and a spicy margarita, which were so great ??. However, my boyfriend had a vegetarian burger, and honestly, it looked disgusting. My boyfriend hated it. Furthermore, they brought the burger about 15 minutes after than my nachos, so I had to start alone because I was so hungry, but that was rude ?. Seriously, the service was too bad. The waitress gave us the check very rudely that my boyfriend was very disappointed ?.

They tried to charge me $18 for $10 wings. Don’t know how that could have happened as there is no $18 wings dish on the menu so my only conclusion is they were trying to upcharge me.

Great post game hangout after playing hockey at Princeton! Waitress was great, beer options fantastic, and the Sunday sliders were a big hit. The mac and cheese is huge and should be enjoyed by everybody who goes there, big portion size of good Mac and cheese!Parking: Street parking, if it looks busy and you get within a block park where you can!

Stopped in for lunch and had an enjoyable meal. The restaurant is located in the busy area of Palmer Square, has a large seating section, a 360° bar area, and plenty of televisions to enjoy that day's game(s). Our server, Victoria, was exceptional and made us comfortable, from start to finish. My Blackened Salmon Sandwich was SO GOOD! The panini bread was soft and I really enjoyed the lemon dill spread. The Mac & Cheese was exceptional and large enough to ask for a take-home container. We enjoyed our meal with cappuccinos and they were delightful. The perfect temperature and thoroughly enjoyed. If you're ever in the Princeton, Palmer Square area, stop into Alchemist & Barrister. You'll enjoy a good meal and will be treated very well.

Love this place. But PLEASE for the love of God get rid of the pickles and bring back the old dill ones. They scare me.
