A 30 year, small family owned business, that's a mixture of pizzeria and Italian restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Tonight, I stopped in for the first time and was cheerfully welcomed and felt right at home. The menu had a wonderful assortment of great looking entries. But I decided to try one of the specials, the very flavorful and savory Chicken with portobello mushrooms sun-dried, tomatoes, spinach, and mozzarella in a white wine sauce over penne ($23.95). Service was great with friendly and attentive staff. If you're in the Hillsboro, Princeton area, this is a must try. Dine in or takeout, I think you'll be impressed too. One of the better local pizza restaurants that can be found all over Jersey. I love their Pasta Fagoil Soup (photo). It is thick and delicious with lots of white meat chicken and, of course, pasta. I also a Chicken Cheesesteak, which needed a lot more cheese to make it a 5-star item.
