Honest & True Standards
The employees here were very kind and the vibe was right. The owner however(I’m assuming she’s the owner based on her *my sh1t don’t stink attitude* seemed offstandish and not on the same vibe that the awesome employees were on! I was kindly told(by a nice employee) that the recipe to my drink changed, which I didn’t think mattered until I realized that the changes made to the drink were very different from the original recipe. The original recipe was a refreshing base, and the new recipe was going to be a thicker and creamy base, which was not what I wanted. I kindly told this to the employee, and the employee then asked the owner if they could make the drink with the original recipe.Sadly, the drink was still made incorrectly because there was no mint leaves in it like there was supposed to be. $20 for a juice to not even be made right.….at that point I just wanted to leave so I accepted the loss and decided I won’t be back here again. I think this place needed my $20 more than I did. I gave two stars because the employees were nice and this place uses glass bottles.

No Expectations
I called Arlee's (Princeton) to assist with a last minute request for my son's birthday cake and the ladies accommodate my request and went above and beyond. They sang "Happy Birthday" to him when he arrived to collect his cake and provided him with a card. I am so grateful that they took time out of their busy schedules to celebrate him as I reside in another state and could not be with him on his special day. His cake was beautiful and delicious.Thank you Arlee's!

Acai bowl was made from scratch, so there was a bit of a wait. (All of the products here, including the milks, seem to be made from scratch.) The acai base has a more banana-heavy flavor compared to other places I've had acai bowls from, which was a bit disappointing, but I liked that it came unsweetened (you can add sweetener if you want) and was assured that any sweetness came naturally from the fruits themselves. Inside of the cafe was completely empty when I went (early afternoon), but perhaps it would be more active in the morning. The inside was very bright and sort of trendy though, which made it feel less empty than it actually was. The guy at the counter was very nice and helpful, especially with questions about some of the ingredients. Everything is a bit more expensive here, but I supposed that is expected given the emphasis on organic products and made-from-scratch at this place.

Really great customer service , both staff members where outstanding and extremely helpful when looking for new products to try and sample. They also held on to our stuff so we can walk around the square and not have to carry it around! I will be returning for sure ! Products where super tasty as well , good stuff

5-stars for being vegan, gluten free, organic, raw and overall healthy with friendly staff. My açaí bowl was a 2 though. It took 25 minutes to come out (no one else was in the store), was incredibly runny, bland and skimpy on toppings. I guess I should have read reviews before ordering since this seems to be the norm.Based on the $15 price it was very disappointing. I’m privileged to have enjoyed açaí bowls around the world, and wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone.The cupcake-sized raw cheesecake was enjoyable (strong cashew flavor, minimal fruit flavor.)The new Nassau St location is nice, bright, and clean, although less accessible by car with few parking options.

Where to start.They sell expired food.The food I got was moldy!!!The food in the window is moldy.It’s filthy.Honestly don’t know how they haven’t gone out of business.The one pleasant experience I had was with a nice young lady that worked there and I haven’t seen her there since!Unbelievable

I LOVE Arlee's and feel blessed to have a venue like it nearby. The juices are a lifesaver for me and my partner, and I recently got a recommendation from the wonderful staff to try out the vegan ice cream next time I'm there. It is pricey, but I value the quality and the staff's passion for the products.
