First time here. Got a regular #4 and #10 with 2 medium sodas. Paid 26 bucks incl. tip. Okay sandwiches although pricey. I guess the rent is high. I'll make my own sandwich next time.

Won’t ever comeback. I have been coming here for years. Came in last week and placed an online order. It was all wrong plus the bread was hard. I came back this evening to order 5 giants subs. The lettuce was brown. I asked the young kid and he said that’s all they have. I walked out and went to the mount Holly location. Amazing and will start going there. This place has gone under.

ROTTEN/UNFRESH FOOD UPDATE: Did reach out and explain what happened. I see other customers have experienced the same issue, rotten/not fresh food from this location. Despite posting here to reach out, the business DID NOT ANSWER. I have to say, I was not surprised. A business selling smelly, off food probably is not very concerned about its customers._________________A huge fan of Jersey Mike's but the last two times the orders were not fresh. The bread was stale and the meat had that nasty, almost milky taste that roast beef can get when it is going bad.I was sick after trying the food. The service was friendly, but the food had gone bad.

I’ve been a fan of jersey mikes for years! Even worked at a few. When I say this place has gone downhill! Downhill is an understatement! Went around 7pm it was only two customers in the store. Wasn’t busy at all. Took the workers 10 mins just to take my order. No acknowledgment that I was standing there at all! I ordered a #42. The bread was so stale it was literally breaking into crumbs when I took it out the bag. The cheesesteak meat fell straight through the stale bread! Furthermore it was so salty I’m unsure if they added extra salt purposely or what but it was unbearable! I’ve been to plenty of other jersey mikes and ordered the same sandwich! This location needs to step their game up! Just awful food! No customer service skills, and worst of all no fresh bread!

They should remove #14 veggie subs from their menu as they use same slicer for both cheeses & meat and it is not good if someone has allergies from meat.Want to try first time but I just walked out when I see that .Not good for veggie and vegan

This location is terrible. If they close at 8 pm you will get a dirty look and terrible service from the high school children who work here if you walk in at 6:30 pm. Really 1.5 hours before you close and you’re complaining someone is coming in. Just quit already.

I must say that when I walked into this establishment yesterday, I was appalled by the food all over the counter that I had to walk out.

I am a HUGE fan of Jersey Mike’s and have to say, this location is top notch. The store is always immaculately clean, staff is friendly and fast, and every sandwich has been made to perfection. Great job guys!

Another great friendly jersey Mike's sub shop. The staff here are polite and attentive. Some of my favorite subs are the ham, cap, and provolone #2, the turkey or roast beef and provolone. The cheese steaks are terrific.

My wife visited this shop today to purchase a sandwich for my son, who has a dairy allergy. When she explained the situation and asked the person behind the counter to use a separate knife and not the slicer, they complied, and there was no problem with the sandwich. However, as my wife was checking out, they felt compelled to tell her that if the store was busy, that would have been a “problem.” Does that mean you would have refused service? Just want to clarify for the community.

So the correct team member will be identified..3/24/23930pmREAD TO THE END!!Worst everrrr!!!Went to purchase a tuna sandwich, got home and the bread was as hard as a rock!! (No exaggeration)I live about 12 minutes away, but I refused to eat that hard bread so I went back. When I got back at 927pm, I talked to the same guy who made the sandwich.Me: please feel this bread. It's hard as a rock!Him: you're right, it is!!Me: can you make me another sandwich?Him: well we close at 9, so I can give you a coupon.Me: I'd rather a sandwich; I need to eat.Him: well all the bread is gonna be in the same stateMe: can you check??Him: ok, how's this 1?Me: okAt this point he proceeded to cut the bread, unwrap the old sandwich, and use his gloved hands to transfer the tuna and everything else, in clumps, no spoon, on the sandwich onto the newer bread. He said, "Ima give you a coupon, too, because I know this is a mess."Smh.I was discussed at this point. He handed me the bag, and I proceeded to just leave. I got to the car, opened the bag so I can trash the sandwich and put the coupon in my glove compartment for another day, and there was nooooo coupon....It's ok at this point, because I probably will neverrrrr return!!You guys are lazy, inconsiderate, and trifling!!!I won't be returning, nor recommending anyone!
