Great food. Service was a bit slow given that me and my guest were the first to arrive for the lunch rush. Overall good experience. Taco salad was great!!!

I will say OTB has some of my favorite lunch salads and I go there every time however I haven't been to this location for lunch but my husband and I went for dinner. We had the ultimate fajita and it was pretty disappointing! Don't fajitas usually come out sizzling? This one was warm at best. Also was about half the size of what it looked on the picture and while it did feed, both of us don't expect it to be a lot of food, and if you're hungry I would order something else. Everything was just okay. I will say the best thing of the day was the chips, salsa and guacamole and not to mention the outstanding margaritas! Which is the only reason for the three stars. Instead of going lower. Our service was okay. Nothing to write home about but also nothing to drop the review lower.

Walked in with my family, with maybe 3 other tables being tended to…if that. Waited for a couple of minutes and no one greeted us or sat us down, I wasn’t sure if we were supposed to sit ourselves. After a couple of more minutes, we see the gentlemen that makes the tortillas (I’m guessing that’s what he was doing) tell a young woman that we had been waiting to be seated. She looks over, shrugs her shoulder and kinda makes the “that’s not my job” face. We just walked out and went to another restaurant right across. Clearly they need more staff, or at least more attentive ones.

This place is bad. My fiancée and I ordered takeout. We ordered two simple menu items and they were both completely wrong. When we called to complain the woman on the phone tried to tell us the options for what we ordered didn’t exist- yet… they do on their online menu. Also, large chunks of unseasoned zucchini and fajita onions does not a veggie burrito make. Never again.

I watched with amusement as two waitstaff came by with plates asking if the food they had was ours. Then I saw our waiter apologize to the table next to us for bringing them the wrong alcoholic drink. My carne asada wasn't piping hot, in fact it was cold in places. (And in thinking about this, I wasn't asked how I like my steak done.) I don't understand how this place is busy. Won't be back.

Second time we’ve came here and had to walk out because we weren’t serviced at all. we got there at 7 PM and walked out 8:20 PM after only receiving chips and salsa. The manager this time around was super sweet as opposed to the grouchy woman we’ve had to deal with the first time. We ordered nachos, a kids taco, and a shrimp taco platter. I could make this at home, and under an hour with both my legs broken. This place sucks, even if you have great.
Food was great but our server, Sebastian, was horrendous. I have worked in restaurants and am no Karen: this kid couldn’t be bothered to bring a drink refill or plates to share an appetizer. Disappointing, horrible service. We won’t be back.

TERRIBLE customer service. We sat unattended for 25 minutes without a server coming over. I complained to the manager who told me with an attitude that, "We're short staffed." No apology or anything. Then she told us the bar tender was our waiter and service would be, "Very slow." So I took my party of 8 next door to PF Changs and spent $350 on dinner. Guess On The Border Princeton doesn't want our money. Terrible experience.
