if you’ve ever had a tide bowl with nutella u know it’s the best thing u can get and i ordered one and was given pitaya bowl with completely different toppings then i asked for the tide bowl i was originally suppose to receive when it was remade the order was wrong again and i got almond butter instead of nutella. i don’t think the staff member was thinking presently

the food was good for a first time açaí experience, but damn these employees r rude (and i work in service!). they were rude to my siblings when they ordered, didn’t offer my receipt and just stood there staring until i asked if anything else was needed, rude to customers asking for spoons, even rolling their eyes handing over the bowls themselves while they talked to each other and drank smoothies ? i liked the food and the spot, but if the service is always like this i will not be coming back.

Ladies are always very pleasant. My only Con is and this is as of lately. Barely any Nutella or honey. I paid extra for honey and did not taste any. A time before that I ordered extra Nutella and of course you will pay extra. Got home and there was no Nutella. For the price you should really have sufficient of each ingredient especially the ones who paid extra for. Nonetheless the bowls are good just need some improvements with the preparation ?

We waited for an order of 1 bowl 2 smoothies for 30 minutes, when we went up to them they said they lost our order but did not even apologize, we waited for another 15 minutes. Finally it was ready and they did not apologize at all again. I understand it is busy sometimes but not even an apology?? Horrible

Usually I never have a problem with my order. Today I ordered online and I went to pick up my order. And I had requested no cocoa nibs and I got cocoa nibs. I understood that maybe it was overlooked, and since I work around there I went back and asked very politely the girl who was working there if she could remove cocoa nibs and add the white chocolate I had added instead. She gave me a face. It just made me feel bad for asking her to do something I had already requested to be taken off.

The number of options they have is absolutely insane! The smoothies are delicious (great consistency too) and the place itself makes me feel like I’m in a beach town. Got a ton of vegan options tooDietary restrictions: Got a ton of vegan things

I recently had the pleasure of trying the acai bowl at Playa Bowls, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the inviting ambiance set the stage for a wholesome and satisfying experience. The acai bowl itself was a symphony of flavors and textures that left my taste buds dancing with joy. The acai base was perfectly smooth and had just the right balance of sweetness. Topped with an array of fresh fruits, granola, and a drizzle of peanut butter, each bite was a burst of delicious goodness. The combination of crunchy granola, creamy acai, and the juiciness of the fruits created a harmonious blend that kept me craving more. What sets Playa Bowls apart is not only the quality of their ingredients but also the attention to detail in the presentation. The bowl was not only a treat for my taste buds but also a feast for the eyes – vibrant colors and meticulous arrangement made it almost too beautiful to eat (but I couldn't resist). The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to accommodate any dietary preferences. The service was prompt, and they ensured that I had everything I needed to thoroughly enjoy my acai bowl experience.

Severely understaffed on a Saturday. There is one person taking orders and making the bowls. Management needs to fix this ASAP. It’s Princeton. You are going to be busy on a Saturday. I have been in line for 20 minutes, and my place in line moved up once. This needs to be addressed asap.Edit: I’m still in the store. I have been waiting an hour for my açaí bowl.
