Delicious food. I would recommend the curly fries and a side of tapioca pearls with your tea. Their service is a little bit slow but the waiter who brings out your food is a robot cat! Their ambiance is absurdly amazing! Beautiful decor!

Instant regret. Was very excited about going to my first tea house and looking forward to the experience. Walked in and got sat right away, girl was not very friendly but was happy to just be there. Was looking through the menu and we started hearing what sounded like someone clipping their nails. And no joke, at one of the back tables there was in fact someone clipping their nails (not sure if they were owners or friends of owner, but they didn’t have any food or tea at their table) they proceeded to flick the clippings on the floor. Got the instant ick and left.I’m sure that’s a health code violation waiting to happen. Will never be back.

If I could give 4.5 I would but 5 would be too high in my opinion. I truly loved mostly everything about PTH and honestly I will definitely be back but probably not for the traditional tea service. The selection of tea is outstanding and the dessert menu is great. Going back to try the Matcha Mille Crepe Cake! I had the Earl Grey Hot Milk Tea and my friend had the Verbena Orange Mint Herbal Tea. Both were perfectly steeped and served with a candle warmer to keep them at temperature. The Compotier with the scones, sandwiches, macaroons and deviled eggs was ok. The sandwiches were dry and lacked flavor, the macaroons weren't traditional and very sweet and the scones although flavorful were dry. The service was attentive but a little green as there were two occasions where food was brought to the wrong table. The decor is light and fun and the fresco decorated private area was very pretty and perfect for a small group of 10-20 people. I enjoyed my time at PTH and will definitely be back.

so the food was beautiful but some items were kind of "dry"on the tea for 2 samplers. the staff was amazing though! will return for a 2nd try with the actual good n not just the tea.

The place is cute and clean, but that’s about all I can say that’s positive. We wanted to like it, based on the great reviews! Service very slow and not friendly. Seemed short staffed. Food was unimpressive, especially after an hour long wait. Several members of our group became ill with GI symptoms shortly after leaving. Not worth the cost or the wait.

Atmosphere: 5 I love the decor in this restaurant! Each seating arrangement has its own charm and they're all so instagram ready! They have an electronic menu as well as a paper menu. I found the electronic one a bit cumbersome, but their paper one is fine. Just note that there is a hot and cold drink label on the right edge of the menu to indicate whether the listed items are cold or hot. Service: 5 The service tended to be on the slower side. Once you've ordered, it does take a while for the tea and food to arrive. Although, I do think the brewing of the tea takes a few minutes. If you're seated in the booth tucked towards the front of the restaurant, make sure you really wave to flag them down. They don't really come to you. Flavors: 5 I'm so impressed with their tea! I love it. Especially the hot ones that come in a pot. So worth it and the tea is so flavorful. The desserts are also really good. They aren't too sweet and perfectly balances with tea! I recently tried their lunches and had their turkey sandwich. Their bread is perfectly toasted. I didn't want mayo in it, but they didn't offer anything else to put in place of it.... Like mustard. So the sandwich came out kind of basic. It came with a salad which was pretty basic too. Sadly, the sandwiches that my mom and husband ordered didn't come with the buns pictured. My mom ordered the sukiyaki one which has a baguette in the photo, but came with toast bread like mine. My husband's was supposed to come with a hamburger type bun, but also came with toast. I asked the waitress and she said they are all come with toast bread instead. Overall, I'd go there again. Their turkey sandwich is definitely not worth it. Their desserts and teas are great though!

Beautiful ambience and a plethora of delicious teas. Hot and cold variety PLUS milk alternatives for lactose intolerant folks (like me!). Very comfy couches for all to rest your bottoms. Classy flatware to elevate your tea party! Our servers were very nice :)

Overpriced - about $10 for a milk tea drink with no bubbles (just milk and the flavor). I had the matcha latte (just matcha with regular milk) for $9 with taxes. My kids had the mango smoothie (no yogurt nor milk foam) and it was another $10, the smoothies was plain with very little mango flavor in it, but filled with sugar. Also ordered crab salad which had rotten salad leaves in it. You can get the drinks elsewhere for much less and with better quality.

I expected a better quality of tasty pastry. But, both orders that I had were tasteless and even not fresh. Even fruits were not smell and taste fresh.Compared to other bakeries, I would not recommend this place, except you want to stop by only for tea.
