We were greeted with a beautiful smile from the hostess. That was the only good thing about it. After being seated, it took about 10 minutes just for the waiter to show-up. (Only customers were my hubby, myself and 2 other people) Took about 15 minutes to bring our appetizers, after eating that, we waited, waited, waited, and almost left. Finally brought our main course and on top of that, the food wasn't even that good. Needless to say, we'll never go there again.

Do not eat at TGIF it's terrible. Visit that place if you want to have a drink. I can actually think about many other places to visit and have a better time. Over the years I see TGIF degrading. I don't understand how they are still in business.

I went there on a Tuesday night because it was right next to the hotel I stayed in for business travel. I was hesitant because of reviews, but didn't really want to go out. When I arrived, the place was pretty empty. I opted to sit at the bar, and was immediately greeted by Robin. She got me a drink and a menu. I chose the Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta. I'm not a big pasta guy, but the picture in the menu looked good. The food came out fairly quickly, and was really good. Robin checked on me as I was finishing up my meal, and poured me another beer. It was dead on a Tuesday night, making the ambiance pretty quiet. I had a pretty good experience dining solo. Robin was very friendly and attentive. I'll probably return on my next trip.

The service was not good at all. We were served on a dirty table. When we first walked in we were seating but weren't asked for our drinks until 20 mins. We were asked for our appetizers and we were served it, on a dirty table. then he took our main course order and didn't take up the menus. he served us the food with the menus still on the table. there was no room on the table so i don't know how the food fit on it. then after we verbal complained about our bad service, we were said we should still tip our server. horrible. just horrible.

The food is your typical TGIF fare. Service is decent. However, there were ants crawling across my table and that definitely made my experience less pleasant. Going out to eat is expensive and if I'm spending over $50 to eat out somewhere, I definitely don't want insects of any kind roaming around my booth.My steak, however, was absolute perfection. I would eat here again and definitely recommend their sirloin.

I came into Fridays tonight, 9/15/2023, with a family of 7. We spent around 300 and the service was terrible. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired our food came out wrong 3 times and not once did a manager come out to issue a simple apology. One of us (me) never received my food at all of 2 hours of waiting as my family finished their meals the waiter came out to joke about my chicken sandwich being burnt and that it would be coming shortly…….50 additional minutes later my chicken sandwich order came back completely wrong again. At this point I returned the entire order from my bill. Paid. tipped and left. I will never eat here again
