The Food is great, but the service is a work in progress. I ordered from Grubhub as a pickup order. When I got there they tell me that they gave my food to the grubhub driver...but it was a pickup not a delivery. The food never arrived and I had to cancel my lunch order. You would think as a courtesy they would have said something like "Sorry about that, we gave your order away. I'll make you another sandwich at no cost. Don't worry about it." Look folks, you need better customer service and tact. Instead of shrugging your shoulders like you don't care, fix the problem. 1 star.

My wife and I ordered because we received coupons but if it wouldn't have been for that, I would've been very upset I lost over $10 on a small, weak acai bowl. There was barely any granola (maybe 2-3 pieces) and a decent amount of fruit. I won't be visiting this place again, but I hope others are not the same. My wife's smoothie was good, but nothing spectacular. I should've checked the reviewsbefore coming here.

I came in today January 28th at 7:45 . Customer service awful the lady was rude told me she was closed at 7:44 while the store should be open until 8 but online said 9 and she yelled at me saying we’re closed not making you any smoothies there was 3 of us I made my order online so she made mine and not my sisters or cousins. She was on the phone talking bad and just gave me my drink on the table not saying here have a good night nothing she was terrible rude never have a good experience coming here . RUDE PEOPLE ALWAYS

I swear people that use the the tropical smoothie app get punished at this location. Is it so hard to subtract rice from a wrap and add extra chicken? The Old lady with the gray hair and glasses i'm assuming is the owner is rude. she consistently messes up orders that require the subtraction of an ingredient or the addition of an ingredient. Smoothies taste different (watered down) then the same smoothies at differently located tropical smoothie cafes.

Hours of this place shows they open at 7 am. On Google as well as their own app. They even confirmed my order for 735 am pick up next morning. I was standing outside their door since 7 am and no one came to open the store until 805 am. Then when I asked the questions I was told to speak to the owner. This was my first and the last time. What a waste franchise

I ordered Pomegranate plunge without banana. The lady who was making it, i saw her putting banana into mixing jar but i thought that is someone else’s drink but she brought me that drink with banana, i tasted it and told her it has banana in it. That lady read the label and said no its without banana and it has no banana. I told her multiple times that it surely has banana because there’s strong taste of banana in it, even my husband also tasted banana in it. Then her manager came(she took our order too), i told her that i saw her putting banana in it and i taste banana in it but to my surprise they both kept on saying same thing that it’s label says without banana so it doesn’t have banana. So according to them if on label i write this drink contains mango and even if i dont add mango in it, that drink will contain mango because label says it. It’s one thing to make mistake(which is acceptable) and completely different thing to not accept the mistake(which is not acceptable).

I ordered a sangria smoothie on the app and when i got there around 5 mins after it said it would be ready, i still had to wait 15 mins and they still didn't start making it yet. There were only two people working and they seemed to get everyone's orders wrong or were very slow. The smoothie was decent but the service is very bad.
