The kiosk was useless! I tried to order a salad and add a protein, and change the dressing, but modifying one would cancel the other. It was better to just place an order in person at the cash register

The lady at the window is rude and nasty. The chili is watered down, I guess to make it last. Taste like water not chili.You go to the Wendy's on Rt 33 , it taste and looks like chilli. Not watery soup.

Well as a customer when I go here it feels rushed , the employees at this location talk super fast and, when ordering . Then when ya go the window to pay it’s more rushed . It seems if u ask for stuff like sauce etc they don’t want to be bothered they just rush u period . So at this Princeton location the employees are way to fast and, they rushed their customers . I understand fast food . But the way this location treats their customers is not professional. Beware !

Angela in drive thru at store #00008022 is rude and yelled at me yesterday and cussed at me. All I asked for was barbecue sauce she ignored me 3 times prior and I had asked again she yelled. Was very rude Please try to stay away from this restaurant no type of respect at this location I’ve seen her do this twice to other people as well as I go here 3 times during lunch also throughout the week but now I won’t go here no more.
The order was ready for pickup but the lady at the counter was kind of rude/sarcastic. Why frown at new customers?

Let's be honest, you're not going to Wendy's for a family restaurant experience or date night. You're pulling up to the drive through for some spicy nugs, knowing that the person taking your order is going to sound miserable because they are underpaid and deal with 1,000 Karen's a day. Wendy's fast food is the best fast food option there is, in my opinion, and their frosty machine always works so what else could you ask for?
There is no diversity in the employee’s at all. The service was okay. I had to park and go inside to get the dressing I originally asked for. Once inside the lil older lady was not friendly in any capacity. It took almost 10 min to get a pack of salad dressing.Prices are up everywhere so no exception here.

Place is a joke. Always takes a really long time going through the drive through. I used the mobile app and waited for 8 minutes behind just 2 cars. I asked if they could warm up the cookie for 10 seconds in the microwave and the cashier told me yes then the manager jumps in to say no because of "safety issues." what a stupid excuse. Just say no. Had he said "No sorry" I would've just shrugged and moved on. But made up a dumb reason. I've worked at Wendy's, I know what he said is just completely made up. I asked him to cancel the order and he charged my card anyway. What a complete annoyance.
