This place is great! The food is absolutely delicious! The prices are very, very reasonable. You can really see the care on how the food is prepared and served. Sam’s Luncheonette gives an old diner vibe that has a comforting feeling to it. I just went in for a coffee which was delicious and such an affordable price. I can’t wait to go back and check out the food menu.

It was cute little diner, the only thing was it was cold inside. They were using a space heater to keep it warm. The food was reasonable and Delicious.
Neat little place on the corner, absolutely HEAVENLY breakfast sandwiches. Great food, nice staff, and a comfortable old-timey interior. Great food for a great price.Dietary restrictions: options for turkey bacon and beef sausage

I stumbled upon this place when I was in the area and googled ‘breakfast near me’ saw the reviews and said it’s worth the try. Street parking was easy, walked in and immediately was greeted with a smile & good morning. The place is clean and tidy. I never dine in and I chose to. Food is DELICIOUS and was done in a few minutes . And prices are great. The cook is very nice , 10/10
