We went there for lunch Buffet. I am Chinese so I am not qualified to say if the food is Authentic or not. Only thing I can say is I am a little bit disappointed that there is no biryani in buffet.

While the lamb chops were good the good overall has gone downhill. The lamb chops were not $40 good. The waiter made several mistakes and the cook had a hard time keeping up in an empty restaurant. Got a kick out of the paper plates for certain items and plastic cups. They also have real plates and utensils. I'm not sure what the logic is. There's a lot to fix here. This used to be a good spot but now I've got to take it off my list. Good luck and hope you take the time to improve everything. Please note that a 20% gratuity is automatically added and is not disclosed on the menu as well.

I love it here. Been there a few times and every time it's delicious. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because last time I was there there were paper plates. I'm not sure why they didn't have regular dishes but it did change the experience. The food was still very good but the presentation not so much.

This people are so messed up. When they get catering they close the place up. Not like other place they take side orders. never seen a place close on Saturdays. very unprofessional . Used to my favorite place , not anymore. Guy can suck all his catering to himself. Can't handle side orders and wants to have an restaurant. i live in south Jersey all our restaurants are more then capable to do both. turning down your local customers . Way to run business assholes. Never will refer or will ever come to place which is not reliable place. And don't put up sign we open this hours when you can't keep it. this where business goes down fine ur catering, (be like we only take catering and we let down local/ any people down. unreliable place for dinning people , go else where

I usually like this place, but the other night I ordered food and the Gulab Jamun was completely spoiled! It was mildly fermented, the dough balls were hard and tasted awful. I'm guessing this was a one off, but I wanted to post this review so they are aware and try to be more vigilant about the quality of their food. It doesn't inspire confidence when you get food from a place and portion of your meal is rotten :(

Sort of expensive for not a lot of food, they give a discount for paying in cash. When I went to pick up the food, there was a drunk guy stumbling around near the register, which was sort of unexpected. Chicken vindaloo was excellent, super flavorful. The spicy option is pretty hot, but not unbearable. Goat massala was super great & flavorful too. If things were just based on taste, it'd be 5/5. came with one container of rice for these two meals -- not really enough, at least for two young guys. Overall, probably not gonna come back cuz it's a bit too pricey, but I would recommend trying it at least once.

Food itself isn't bad. Part of my order was missing, and they should probably check if their driver is okay because the food looks like it's been through a wreck. The sauce container opened and spilled. The oil from another container also spilled.

The food was ok. High priced. Received one half a cup of rice for 2 meals. I have had better Indian food. I had high hopes

India Palace has been through so many new owners in the past few years. This last time I went was the last straw. This place used to have great food, customer service and the ambience was very nice. This time, it was painted blue - which is a very strange color to use, paint chipped all over, and even have tiles on the wall that looks like the bathroom. We walked in and the restaurant was completely empty which wasn't a good sign (Thursday for dinner). The booth we were at had the seats so far from the table I had to sit at the edge to even be close enough to eat. The waiter took very long to even come to our table at first, remember that we're the only people in the restaurant. Never checked on us after we received our food. Food was sub par - there was nothing that will entice us to come back. Hope they change a lot up because this placed used to be "the spot".

I feel it is important to preface this review by saying that I love the food and service at this restaurant. I have been going to India Palace since it first opened and in general all my dine in experiences have been great. The food is absolutely fantastic and the service is usually good. Sadly, my most recent experience ran contrary to all my previous ones. A few days ago, I arrived at India Palace late at night with a friend. As soon as I entered I saw two gigantic parties, about 15-20 men at two separate sections of the restaurant. They were loud and rowdy. I've hung out in enough bars to know that even with rowdiness, you can still have a good time. The problem was, the longer we were there, the party got louder and more profane. I could only make out about half of what they said, but what I could understand was absolutely repulsive and it clearly bothered other tables. The two waiters who were taking care of all the tables were overwhelmed, and it was clear they were not comfortable with the behavior of these parties. They did their best to keep them happy, but it was a very uncomfortable situation overall. When my friend went to the restroom, a group of these guys were hanging out outside the rest room and made it a point not to get out of her way, making it extremely uncomfortable for her when she tried to get past them. The staff was very apologetic to us, and the even made sure to give us a discount on our bill to make up for the trouble. I do not blame them at all. They were in an impossible situation. My recommendation is this: you should absolutely visit this restaurant, but if you go in and see a small army of patrons being loud and rowdy, turn around and come back another time.

Fantastic! I love Indian food, and will definitely come back to India Palace. The Tikka Masala sauce was especially good.

Hadn't been to the India Palace in ages and finally went back today with family and had an amazing meal! The food was all so delicious (veg and non-veg) and the service was on point. The new chef knows totally what's up! Def highly recommended.

Visited on a whim, was wanting some great India food, with a cultural vibe. Shamu, was very welcoming at the entrance and accommodating. He actually recommended some favorites and ensured we were happy and satisfied with our food. I truly enjoyed my food and the service. I did not feel rushed at all, even-after, arriving approximately at 9pm on a Monday. I would definitely go back and I do recommend. The Panner was awesome, maybe I would do the mild option next time. Overall, me and my colleague, made a great choice.

I visited this place with my sister for dinner. The food quantity suffices two people. The food was definitely delicious and satisfying. Two things that would make our experience better were (1) the speed of the food served on the table could be a bit quicker and (2) if they can work on the acoustics.

This was a "game time decision" and what a good one! The environment was very clean, the gentleman that waited on us was very pleasant, helpful and generous with things for us to try. The food was delicious and I would recommend this place to anyone... but bring your appetite!
