Since new management service has been horrible. When you order from Grubhub they never know what specials they have in there. They also push you aggressively to not order from Grubhub. After being pushed towards calling in orders they received my Grubhub order when I arrived for pick up they stated that they didn't receive an order. I proceeded to order in person. I was than told the cook left and they couldn't take my order however it was an hour and a half prior to closing. Customer service is horrible. KC was much better. I will no longer order from here.

I typically give great reviews but unfortunately this one stinks. ...and honestly. its the creamed spinach. the whole dish was soured. People work too hard for soured food. the fish was the only thing I could consume b4 it got tainted... smh never again

Bad experience picking up from here as a DoorDash driver!!! Usually some restaurants I would have to place the order myself and pay with the red card that DoorDash gave me, but the workers were making it difficult, wouldn't let me pay with my red card so I had to leave. They really pushed me to that limit! People who are reading this, don't come here, please don't!

I haven't been here in a few yrs but they've since changed their name to VK's and have revamped their location. With a new look, employees and management I assumed the food would be better but it's not. I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad and received a fried fish stick ceasar salad. Absolutely nothing has changed. The reason for two stars is they do have amazing garlic knots.

I got the bacon cheeseburger pizza. It was horrible. The dough was still frozen the sauce was great value at best and the cheese. Oh lord the cheese. They just put sliced cheese on the top and called it good. There food was so bad my darn dog even turned it down. I guess Purina makes better food than them.

I love buffalo wings. So last night I decided to give this place a try. I ordered 15 buffalo wings in mild sauce but before ordering I asked the lady are their wings small or jumbo size. I cannot eat jumbo size wings as it gross me out, The lady clearly told me they were small wings more than once. So I get there thank god I checked the food before leaving and seen the biggest wings I have ever seen . Then after I asked for a refund they first told me no and gave me a hard time over the lady lying saying they were small wings when she knew for a fact they were huge. Beware of this place and stay far far away smh.
Food was disgusting wings were too big! Didn’t want to give me my refund!

Well for starters the name this establishment has on grubhub is KC's Ribs and Chicken so I am not sure why it says different on here, that is a little fishy but I digress. I ordered buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks. The wings were good, to much sauce on the bottom made presentation a little sloppy but they tasted really good. The mozzarella sticks were not good the cheese almost broke in half as if they were frozen or something. Was not a fan. 3 stars and that is because the wings were good, but the mozzarella sticks and the weird name changing, ehh, I will not be ordering from here again.
