Lines are long the employees are not trained very disorganized. I don’t mind waiting but 25 plus minutes in a take out restaurant is crazy. Go to Popeyes or just make chicken at your house it’s faster.Vegetarian options: No optionsParking: The layout of the parking lot is terrible.

Took a long time to get our order taken at the counter...whats up with that KFC...in person counter service a thing of the past or you havent hired back enough staff....the young lady that took or order was very sweet! Food was hot and delicious!
This place has poor customer service and will not get your order right. I even asked for my receipt and the woman at the window said they didn't have receipts. Like what? This location needs to be shut down. Plus the food was nasty.

Don’t bother. The worst service. You get ignored. Ordered thru the app and it said it was ready after 30min. Get there and it’s not and waited in store for 30min more while they attended to drive thru and other customers

I ordered a 16 piece meal for the family because I don't eat chicken or any kind of meat and the family said it was delicious when I walked in they didn't have any available so they actually made mine fresh I got rolls which are always good and french fries which I like I was a little disappointed in the cake the chocolate cake that it wasn't fresh but the guy who was helping me out who waited on me was really nice. Great customer service.
