Loving everything about this cafe. Honestly it’s amazing of different things you can get from here besides coffee. Fell in love with strawberry matcha latte iced. Great waffles and egg/cheddar sandwich. It honestly a peaceful/calm experience. Family friendly as well so definitely check this place out.Parking: It’s okay with parking just depends on the day I think and timing
So far I have only had chai tea latte and must say one of the best I ever had.

all in all the reviews where good , so we deceived to give Melao a try. we ordered 2 different kind of waffles, 2 cappuccinos and a lox bagel. The waffles excellent and visually pleasing. Cappuccino great, and the lox bagel okay but looked a little sad on the plate without any garnish. Now the thing I didn't like to much and I may not be an issue for the younger folk but us in the mature age it did bothered us a little. If I go to eat I expect a certain kind of service, because if I have to do the most of my own I don't feel i have the " going out experience. " I order from the phone , directly to the counter so no interaction, I pick up my coffee and bring the empty plates back. But before I even have my food and or any interaction ( because you have to pay upfront) there is a tipping line. Honestly I didn't like that at all. And for 52$ I don't think the experience was all that. But like I said the younger generation may have no troubles with it. Even the food was very good, I don't think we will return

Hey Melao, thanks for wasting my time on multiple occasions. When you promise to open your shop at 6 AM on non-Sundays, you need to stick by it. Many times, you are not even open even after 30-45 minutes past your scheduled time. I understand the difficulty of early morning shifts, but please don't promise what you can't deliver.P.S. Thanks for getting back to me which is very much appreciated! I have updated my rating accordingly!

the workers are nice, but stuff takes a long time, i ordered a icecream and it took over 20 minutes which is unacceptable, the food is very small for the pricing compared to last year. i ordered a turkey panini and the bread was barely covering the whole sandwich with just a small slice of turkey just for 12 dollars. i used to be a regular here and im not sure if i will be returning.

Made a delivery here, I had alot to deliver. The attendant was very nice and friendly. I didn't get her name, but she was really pretty, and she had long brunette hair. So, I was making a delivery and when I was done, she offered me a cup of tea ? I thought the was really sweet and kind of her to do. I was literally going to Dunkin to get a tea afterwards my delivery. I say all that to say she made my day she really did ☺️

I'm a regular visitor to this café every Sunday and Monday without fail. The service is exceptional, and I particularly enjoy starting with their PB craze and ending with some delicious rolled ice cream. Since I commute into the city for work, this café helps me pass the time while waiting. It's the only café in the area that truly justifies its cost with quality offerings. The tables are always clean and ready for customers, making it inviting for dine-in patrons like myself. Plus, they provide charging ports, which is a lifesaver for someone like me whose phone constantly needs recharging. The café also offers free WiFi and, in my opinion, the best feature is the wireless printer option – it's straightforward and incredibly convenient. Overall, it's a place I highly recommend for its excellent service and convenient amenities.
