This place has been in service for years. You just pull into a parking spot and they will come outside to your car and bring your food and take your order it's like old-school diner I love it.As you all know I am not big on meet I'm a vegetarian so if you like to have hot dogs or hamburgers you get that from here. My brother was in town from Florida and he wanted to stop here for lunch so I just had some french fries. But the notorious for their root beer shake

I've been going to Stewart's my entire life. It's been my go-to for a delicious quick meal. Last Friday for the first time in 60+years I was disappointed with my take out fish and chips. I specifically asked for well done french fries bagged separately in a brown paper bag to prevent them from getting cold and soggy by the time I got home. Well, they weren't prepared that way and were terrible. I wound up tossing them into the trash with the fish that was too greasy. From now on I'll just stick to the hot dogs. Haven't had a bad one yet.

It's a straightforward place. Normally when we go it is extremely busy. For the first time, we were able to see the counter. The staff was more than willing to service us.Parking: The lot is directly on the property. I assume they have about 20 plus spots. You also have the neighborhood you can park in. Common sense type stuff.

Stewart's is an old school eatery. Excellent hot dogs and burgers. The root beer floats are always a favorite as are the onion rings. I also recommend the turkey burger.

Awesome old-school place for (but not limited to) hot dogs, burgers, cheese fries and classic shakes and floats. Very reasonably priced.

They have a pretty big menu. Today I have ventured away from hotdogs, even though they are fantastic and tried a ribeye sandwich. I did a ribeye with American cheese, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and jalapeños. It was pretty good to go along with the side of their twister fries covered in chili and cheese. Rinse that down with a quart of their root beer or diet root beer and you are good to go. I do wish they had combo meals to where you got a drink, hot dog and fries with a little bit of a discount. Aside from that the place is old-school and fun to visit for this kind of food.

So you’re not going to Stewart’s for a 5 star burger and shake. You’re going for a slice of Americana. The experience of a time gone by in our American culture. Drive in dining with a solid burger, fries and a drink. Nothing fancy but it always feels familiar.Wheelchair accessibility: Completely accessible. Or they come to your car.
