So incredibly slow.I got 2 drinks, no straw. I had to wait 15 mins for my breakfast order around 945am. I asked for butter for the French toast sticks, no butter was given. Terrible slow service.

I don’t know what’s up with these employees, but breakfast is never ready on time when you come here in the morning up on opening nothing ever ready you gotta wait for an hour… you say good morning they do not reply you say thank you they do not reply so rude.

A few minutes ago I received quite unpleasant treatment from the lady who takes the order. To begin with, she made a mistake in my order and gave me a soft drink instead of some fries with bacon. They made me turn around completely and when I arrived they turned around again. make a mistake and she gives me some fries without bacon... I still kindly point out that it is wrong without making any complaints, and I end up being scolded by her because according to her she is not wrong and I made the order wrong... who is more likely to make a mistake than the one who orders who makes only one order or who receives who spends all night receiving orders and is tired... I can understand that he is wrong, but his rudeness, mistreatment of the customer and his impetuousness for perfection do not... and remember if you do not like your job apply to another but do it well... customers don't get paid for going shopping but you get paid for doing your job.

Whomever was working at the drive thru on Jan 6th at 1pm was extremely rude to me. I placed a mobile order that seemingly did not go through. The person on the microphone told me to go to the 2nd window. When I did, another gentleman flings open the window and says "What are you doing?" I said "I placed a mobile order". He said "You have to wait in like like everyone else" to which I replied "they told me to come to the 2nd window!". Someone needs to put their head phones on to make sure they understand what's going on. So unnecessarily rude.

This Wendy's is the only one in the area that sells the Wendy's Fish Sandwich and it's served freshly made. You actually have to pull over and they will bring it to you, because they have to make it! Normally I never have issues here but not sure if the person handling the order is new but if I order biggie bags they usually separate them into their respective bags with everything intact the way it’s supposed to be so we know whose order is whose. Tonight, everything was packaged together: no sauces nor straws, no distinction on which nuggets were spicy v regular. Whack. Train this person to do it the right way or have them handle the register only.

This review is for the drive thru associate. Me and my family arrived at 9:30pm . The man helping us was totally unprofessional and impatient. I just feel if you’re unsatisfied with your job , it’s not the costumers fault and for that reason , we left unsatisfied and didn’t order anything .
