This is the second time we have tried to go to this Baskin Robbins location only to find the doors locked. The first time it was after 9, but this time it was before 8, still light out and hot, and the doors were locked! Yes, we could have gone through the drive-thru but there is no list of the ice-cream flavors on the drive-thru board and there is something about being able to see the actual ice-cream to pick a flavor.If they are going to close the store earlier, the least they could do would be to post the hours when the store is open and when the drive-thru is open.

Went to go get some ice cream before they closed which was at 11, arrived at 10:50 and doors closed. If the rules are to lock the doors 10 minute before then I apologize.

So my previous review was removed and I'm going to redo my review again. I went a couple of months ago with my sisters at 10pm for milkshakes. The place does not close until 11 yet the doors were all locked and the cashier people were no where in sight. After jiggling the door a few times someone appears at the far end of the store and waves her arm almost dance-like. She never came to the front to unlock the door and explain to go through drive thru. I was confused and annoyed that night and they didn't bother to answer or explain the confusion to me when i pulled into the drive thru.

Very busy and crew works well to accommodate. Great ice cream flavors. A lot cleaner then all of the other spots in the area.

Staff needs to listen when orders are given and not need to ask 4 times for each customers order espcially when they take 1 order at a time.
