I ordered Footlong Classic Philly and small Mac n Cheese bites. Food was great! But customer service is below standard and very poor. When I came in to order at the corner, Ashton S. came towards the counter stood in front of me but he was on his cell phone for about a minute. Then after using his phone, he just stared at me didn't say anything even just to greet or ask what do I need. No smiles or a welcoming aura. All he did was show his tough dude stance. I ordered and waiting. The older gentleman told him something maybe to make the sandwich. Ashton grabbed a gloves did my sandwich and with the same gloves grabbed his cell phone once again texting. Very disgusting behavior. He is dealing with food and contaminated the food with microorganisms causing disease germs . Perfect combination for a bacteria and viruses- gloves+food/food handling + dirty cell phone. Besides from poor hygiene on handling and preparing food, Ashton needs a proper training on customer service before hiring him and eventually ruin the business.

I've been going to Cars since it opened in 2008. The quality has been consistently high throughout the years. It quickly became my late night comfort food and munchies destination. Flash forward to now, and after two years of not having had a moment to go... I can safely say that Cars has withstood the test of time.

The regular fries and waffle fries both were very salty. I had the order to go and when I reached home, my burger was missing, they never placed it. I live 25 minutes away so was not going to go back. I am still waiting for a refund. Can’t give the review on the burger because I never got it but for whatever I got, it was nothing spectacular. Verify all your order before leaving the place. I hope I get my refund soon.

I've been here 3 times in the past year. It pretty far from my house. There are plenty of options for sandwiches I've had 3 different ones. All of them have been great. My son and daughter have been very happy as well. The large one is always enough for two meals for me. The price is reasonable for what you get. The milkshakes are some of the best I've had. I always look forward to this when I'm in the area. I recommend ordering ahead as it takes a little while for your order to be made.
