With everything going up in price, Chili price remains almost the same since the pandemic. My kids love this place, been coming here for almost 5 years!

They always get an order wrong, service is slow and inevitably someone is always waiting for their food while the rest of us are chowing down. The food is delicious though and the portions are ample. Have to give them that.

Ordered for delivery on the app and received the wrong order. The order was also over 10 minutes late. I called about the issue and they said they still had the meal and asked me to "pick it up" because they don't have drivers since delivery is through doordash. Terrible service as they didn't even offer me a refund or a solution. They just said "not sure how far you are but you can pick it up" regardless of the delivery fee & tip I already paid. Bad service, wouldn't order for delivery again.

I have to say I'm quite disappointed in the quality of Chili's food. Don't get me wrong, the chips and salsa are still off the hook delicious, but our dishes left an awful lot to be desired. I ordered the salmon with rice and asparagus. The salmon was overcooked, the rice was dry, and the asparagus was past its prime, already fraying and hard. I ate it because I was traveling a long way, and I was hungry, but I was massively disappointed.The atmosphere was, for lack of a better word, depressed. Most of the people working there were very low energy, almost as though they were all just dialing it in. I wished we'd gone to the place next door.

Been a while since we've been back to Chili's, but I'm glad we did. The service was excellent. The food was very very good too. All four of our dishes were good. And lava cake for dessert was huge. And delish.

First visit. Everything was good service and food wise- except my Old Timer burger was missing something. I don’t know what, but something was missing taste wise. The fries were extra good though. I would recommend and return.

It wasn't the best. I've never been there before.i thought they would have more mexicN foodMy carna sada was supposed to come with ri e & black beans but didn't & the steak wad full of grisle. My husband enjoyed his burger. The soup was good. I received a frozen margarita & I ordered on the rocks
