I didn't get a chance to order anything. They had a long line and it gave the vibe of a food factory production line.There was no godly warm welcoming of the counter service and no one serving with a smile.I waited for several minutes and thought it was best to leave. It seemed like it would take 20 minutes before they got to me.I pray that the cold atmosphere changes and they get the help needed to be less long line.I usually have their good food delivered.

I asked for a side of chips and queso, I get to the register and it’s $19. I pay and look in the bag and no chips and queso. They charged me $5.50 for extra protein even though I didn’t ask. I’ll stick with the one on hwy 4, they are the best!

This location was recently investigated for tampering with a customers food in a disgusting way. I would be very cautious about getting food from this restaurant.

Inconsistent quantity. The employees serving were very hurried, barely listened to you and the quantity of food that was put in the bowl was very inconsistent!!! We were 4 of us, and you could notice the difference. To me, that ia a major flaw in the model. !!! It all depends upon who is serving and their mood.The flavors were good, though.It was still a disappointing experience, and one that makes you feel you were short-changed.

the service workers are very rude. It was my first time coming to a chipotle and I’m glad to say that i’ll never come back again. They just stood there and stared at us and never even gave us any guidance. As a service worker myself, this is not how you treat people to make them visit your shop. The music is so loud that im partially deaf right now.

Very hit or miss place. The quality of the food depends on what time of day it is and who's working. The best time to go is 6:30pm to 7:30pm. There's a dead body in the freezer I put there three years ago. Good

Dirty work station. The guy with the red hair gave me lettuce in the cup and left it hanging out. When I went to ring up my food the lettuce was dragged on the counter top. They don’t care how they prep your food. It’s just a mess and they use a dirty rag to wipe food back in the freshly made pots of

Went into order quesadilla, was told only kids quesadilla could be made in the store, and larger quesadilla orders needed to be order online. This is inconvenient for the customer to go thru an app and wait longer when they could easily process and make the order right in the store (they would make the order anyway why does it matter if i order online vs in the store) . I actually just left without purchasing and went elsewhere. Let my money do the talking. Chipotle take care of your customers or you lose business. This is not my first time, i drive all the way to the store, to be told online orders only ..Ridiculous customer service in my opinion.
