Love a good burnt meal….the coffee tasted burnt too? no matter how many sugars or creams added. Asked them to brew a new pot and they said it was fresh.

Whoever was working the window this morning (12/19 at 6:05am) needs to be let go. I am not all about people losing their jobs but this woman has NO customer service skills and clearly can’t do her job right either! She gets my order wrong constantly and I am tired of paying for food/coffee that I won’t drink because it’s made incorrectly. This morning I kindly pointed out that my drink was made incorrectly and she refused to fix it saying “Well, I already made it” to which I replied with “OK, then I can leave.” Dunkin - I am a customer. I am not paying for goods that I didn’t order and are made incorrectly by your staff - like today I will just leave. I ended up stoping at a Tim Hortons on my way to work AND they got my order right! I encourage management/franchise owner to take a serious look at how this store is running because clearly from recent reviews you have an issue in this store!

I have always been fine with this Dunkin and they always get my order right but the staff is beyond rude. Today the drive through employee was taking my order and I didn't quite hear her correctly so I asked her to repeat herself and she got so annoyed that she fully yelled at me and groaned in annoyance. When I went to let someone know how I was treated all they said was "oh..sorry". Very disappointed

They screw up my order more than half the time I have been here. I’ve had it with this location. It seems like they can never get anything right.

Not once, not twice but THREE TIMES they messed up a simple pumpkin spice coffee. First time they made it iced, 2nd time they put no pumpkin. So, I walk back in from the drive thru and ask for pumpkin swirl. They remake it, I get back in my car and there is literally no pumpkin or the cream I asked for ?

Only go here if you have 10 minutes to spare regardless of what time it is. I have been here at different times of the day and always had a long wait with only 1 or 2 people in-front of me.

I usually like this place and go there whenever I’m in nj but yesterday I went through the drive thru and ordered $10 worth of stuff. 2 drinks. I asked for a pup cup at the window and the guy, not sure if he was a manager said…”that will be $1.07.” Lol nobody has ever charged me for a tiny cup of whipped cream for my dog when I was buying other items. Ridiculous. He was just trying to be a jerk.

I order ice cream from this place almost everyday. For the last 3 weeks they don’t have snickers and keep telling me tomorrow is gonna be available. Never happened. Today I stepped in waited for 10 minutes, no one helped me.

a handful of times, this place gets my order right, but more frequently than not, they ALWAYS get my order wrong. whether it's giving me the wrong smoothie (i.e. mango instead of strawberry), forgetting the whipped cream or not adding anything I've asked for in my coffee. today, I got a caramel iced latte and a caramel iced machiatto, neither of which had caramel in it. it's so frustrating. and the stickers always have the correct order on it, they just don't do.

I was looking for sugar raised donuts and realized they didn't have them. I went out to my car to leave and Fernando came out and got me to let me know that they had some to the side. My husband is a picky eater and only likes those so I was really thankful he came out to grab me. Thanks Fernando!!!!
